★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan, terkesan jutek, jauh dari sikap ramah.. (tertulis di struk cashier: putri luthfia) mao bayar pake ovo dibilang tidak bisa,.tapi customer lainnya bisa byr pake ovo. Saya gak paham apa maksudnya. saya tidak merekomendasikan a&w emporium.
 Service is very disappointing, impressed dirty, far from friendly attitude .. (written on the cashier receipt: Putri Lutfia) I can't say paying with Ovo, but other customers can use Ovo. I don't know what that means. i don't recommend a & w emporium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kenapa resto sebesar ini nyusahin driver ojek online salah 1nya shopeefood, saya salah 1 driver shopeefood sudah nunggu orderan lebih dr 30menit++ tp belum di buatin orderananya dg alasan orderan belum masuk dan harus ngasih kabar via WA sedangkan no tlp yg tersedia hanya no kantor alhasil saya nyari inisiatif tanya2 supaya memastikan orderanya sudah di buat atau belum dan sudah nunggu 30menit ++ masih belum di buatkan alhasil saya di omelin sm pembelinya karna orderan terlalu lama sampai di tangan pembeli. TERIMAKASIH sudah menyulitkan kerjaan org lain.
why is a restaurant of this size bothering online motorcycle taxi drivers, one of them is shopeefood, I am one of the shopeefood drivers, I have been waiting for orders for more than 30 minutes++ but the order hasn't been made yet. The reason is that the order hasn't come in yet and I have to let you know via WA while the only available phone number is the office number, so I'm looking for it the initiative to ask questions to make sure the order has been made or not and have waited 30 minutes ++ still not made as a result I am scolded by the buyer because the order took too long to arrive in the hands of the buyer. THANK YOU for making other people's work difficult.

Ordered waffle, they come out soft despite i stated clearly i want them to be crunchy.
