★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama ke puskesmas ini sangat tidak menyenangkan, datang dalam keadaan kurang sehat dan bener2 pertama kali tidak tau apa2 alurnya seperti apa bukannya dijelaskan malah dibentak. Pelayan masyarakat tapi tidak dengan hati yg tulus. Sangat mengecewakan, membuat orang trauma.
The first impression to this puskesmas was very unpleasant, came in unwell and at first did not know what the plot was like, instead of being explained, he was shouted at. Servant of the community but not with a sincere heart. Very disappointing, traumatized people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong diperbaiki sistem antriannya, petugasnya ketus untuk bidang pelayanan sebaiknya lebh ramah lagi, khususnya bagian admin. Biaya admin 25 ribu apakah termasuk dari kebijakan puskesmas? Jangan sampai dikorupsi untuk kantong pribadi, tolong dcek lagi.
Please fix the queuing system, the officers are curt for the service sector, they should be more friendly, especially the admin section. The 25 thousand admin fee is included in the health center policy? Don't get corrupted for personal pockets, please check again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa.. Cuma karna pindah faskes ke klinik.. Pas Periksa kandungan ke puskesmas malah di suruh balik dan periksa ke faskes 1 ajh.. Seharusnya tdk usah di marahi juga kan bisa ngomong baik".sangat kecewa tidak punya perasaan
Very disappointed.. Just because I moved the health facility to the clinic.. When I checked the womb at the puskesmas, I was told to go back and check with the 1st health facility.

Untuk masalah surat rujukan jangka waktu yg lama jika di berikan pada sebulan kemudian
Mohon untuk management di perbaiki kembali sistem dan pelayanan nya agar masyarakat itu percaya atas kesehatan yg berobat di Puskesmas tanah tinggi
