Selama saya kontrol kehamilan pelayanan bidannya sangat maksimal, ramah tamah bu bidannya, sabar, ngak pelit kasih informasi, bahkan diarahkan sampai ke rumah sakit dan sampai lahiran dengan selamat dan sehat terimaksih bu bidan dan puskes neglasari

Sangat ramai, sementara itu, suasana sekitar ada dangdutan?, jadi tambah ramai, sehingga pemanggilan antrian maupun nomor urut jadi agak samar, semoga dengan pengalaman dan saran saran dari berbagai pihak kedepannya akan semakin baik. Untuk para pasien dimohon untuk bersabar dan dapat mengikuti tata tertib yang berlaku supaya para petugas dapat bekerja sesuai dengan s.o.p demi kelancaran dan kebaikan kita bersama. Terima kasih untuk bapak/ ibu petugas atas pengabdian dan pelayanan yang telah diberikan dan harapan saya untuk dapat terus berkembang dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dengan lebih baik, lebih profesional, lebih efektif dan lebih efisien, demi kesehatan Rakyat Indonesia, khususnya warga kecamatan Neglasari, kota Tangerang, Banten. Jam 8.45 loket pendaftaran blm buka. Masih pada sarapan kali ya petugasnya. Gatau kenapa staff di pendaftaran ga ramah. Ga ada salam dan sapa. Apalagi staff yg cwo,selalu ketus. Saya ke klinik KIA ,bidannya juga ketus dan jutek menyampaikan informasi ke pasien. Saya telat imunisasi bwt anak, saat saya blm paham bidannya malah menyalahkan saya krn telat imunisasi. Pdhl alesan sy krn pandemi takut keluar rumah n jg pernah isoman sekeluarga. Apa saya harus menjelaskan keadaan saya sm mrk, pake ngomong harga imunisasi diluar posyandu/puskesmas yg nilainya sekian ribu..oke klo punya uang. Klo yg diajak omg ga punya uang bgmn? Pliss deh staff puskesmas lebih simpati dan ramah lagi sama pengunjung/pasien.

I was late for immunization for my child, when I didn't understand the midwife even blamed me for being late for immunization. Pdhl my reason is because of the pandemic I'm afraid to go out of the house and I've never had a family isoman. Do I have to explain my situation with them, using the price of immunization outside the posyandu/puskesmas which is worth a few thousand... OK if you have money. What if the one you invited did not have money? Pls, the puskesmas staff are more sympathetic and friendly with visitors/patients.

Parah ditulisnya jam buka 7.30 udah jam 08.00 belum juga dimulai, parah parah parah sampe udah pada numpuk yang antri, gila sih ini slogan tepat waktunya prketek ngga diterapin

Pelayannnya mantap, gak dipersulit. Cuma banyak orang, jadinya cukup lama buat antri pendaftaran. Klo mau cepat, datangnya kudu sebelum jam 8 pagi.
