★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, apalagi kalo berobat gigi minta surat rujukan, pasti susah banget, dan itu surat rujukan belum berobat ke RS, mau minta berubah RS nya, karena RS penuh, Ganti Surat Rujukan hrs berdebat lagi, dan Soal ketiknya sampe 4x salah ketik, Itu sengaja ya? Kalo mau buka usaha Klinik / Faskes seharusnya mempunyai sifat utk Berbuat baik, menolong dan membantu apalagi org2 sedang sakit.
Kalo berbuat baik Apa ruginya buat anda?
Kita yg sakit buat apa ngaku2 sakit juga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paling suka sama dokter Nesya dan dokter dina cara ngmngnya enak, pelayanan enak, suka di periksa sampai detail penyakitnya apa.kalau penyakit sampai parah disuruh ke lab. Pokoknya nyaman maksih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik se Tangerang ini yg paling buruk yg gw alami... Gw berobat Minta rujukan buat k RS ga bisa karena anak gw ketimpa tivi kan.. ga di kasih mereka bilang seharusnya pas kejadian.. lah to kejadiannya malem masa gw langsung k klinik kan tutup.. gw kesel aja.lgsung gw k RS.. otomatis bayar dan anak gw harus di radiologi.. ya namanya orang tua takut anaknya knapa2
Dan jg pelayanan sangat ga bener yg dteng duluan Ama yg belakanganya ga di atur gw dteng duluan masa yg di panggil dokter duluan yg dteng belakangan dari gw. Bener² ni klinik ga jelas. Bagian pendaftaran Bikin gw jijikk dg pelayanan nya
This clinic in Tangerang is the worst thing that I've experienced... I took treatment. Asking for a referral to a hospital couldn't because my child was hit by TV. I closed it.. I was just annoyed. I went straight to the hospital.. I paid automatically and my child had to be radioed.
And also the service is really not right, the one who came first Ama who didn't arrange it later, I came first when the doctor called first, who came later from me. It's true that the clinic is not clear. The registration section makes me disgusted with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kasih bintang 3 karna untuk pelayanan dokter gigi kurang bagus ... Tapi blom tau kalo untuk persalinan di klinik ini. Niat ingin melahirkan normal di sini.semoga bidan nya ga judes"dan pelayanan bagus serta di cover BPJS ibu serta calon bayi?
I give 3 stars because the dentist's service is not good... But I don't know if it's for delivery at this clinic. The intention is to have a normal delivery here. I hope the midwife isn't rude and the service is good and it's covered by BPJS for the mother and the baby-to-be

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, receptionis nya tidak ramah bgt (yg cewek), trus mao rujukan dokter gak bisa katanya krn sakit Gerd. Pas sy telpon ke kntor BPJS bisa kok di cover penyakit itu.
Bad service, the receptionist is not very friendly (a girl), then I can't say a doctor's referral because Gerd is sick. When I called the BPJS office, how come the disease was covered.

Tapi sayang sekali bagian receptionist nya melayani dengan sikap yang kurang sopan & sangat jutek terutama receptionist yg cewe. Tolong diperbaiki dalam hal pelayanan. Ini gk ada ya bintang 0, kalau ada lbh baik saya kasih bintang 0 daripada satu menurut saya dengan pelayanan seeprti itu tdk mengenakan dihati. Stelah saya baca review yg lain ternyata memang bagian pelayanannya kurang ramah, dan kurang sopan.
Dan seeprti tdk ada tanggapan berupa perubahan dalam pelayanan yg lebih baik dari klinik ini. Sangat disayangkan niat berobat eh ketika ketemu receptionist nya kurang tata krama.
Tolong dong bukan cuma sekedar komen diperbaiki tapi nyatanya masih aja ada petugas yg seperti ini.

The place is clean, tidy
But it's a shame that the receptionist serves with a impolite & very rude attitude, especially the female receptionist. Please improve in terms of service. It doesn't have 0 stars, if there is it's better I give 0 stars than one in my opinion, with service like that it doesn't wear the heart. After I read other reviews, it turns out that the service part is not friendly, and not polite.
And it's like there is no response in the form of changes in better service from this clinic. It's a shame that the intention to seek treatment, when I met the receptionist, lacked manners.
Please, it's not just comments that are corrected but in fact there are still officers like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ karna saya baru jd saya kasih 4 dulu deh bintang nya. untung saya di ksh tau sm mba nya kalo pendaftaran bkn disini,soalnya msh gk ada org saya dtg ke klinik 07:40.
kasihan mamih saya kalo nunggu lama2 kalo bkn di sn pendaftaran nya. Tapi tempat its okey bersih wangi.

I'm sorry for my mom if I wait a long time if it's not on the SN registration. But the place is okay, clean, fragrant.
