β β β β β Hari ini adik saya lapor positif covid-19 ke puskesmas sukasari, malah di tolak sama petugas puskesmas, ga boleh berobat disitu karena bukan peserta bpjs, padahal saya warga kelurahan sukasari. aneh banget.
 Today my sister reported positive for Covid-19 to the Sukasari Health Center, even though it was rejected by the Puskesmas staff, I couldn't get treatment there because I wasn't a BPJS participant, even though I was a resident of Sukasari Village. weird.

β β β β β Puskesmas sukasari lebih manusiawi, sy bukan warga wilayahnya, petugas masih mau terima untuk berobat dgn sarat hanya 1x selanjutnya berobat sesuai wilayah KTP/ tempat tinggal

Sukasari Health Center is more humane, I'm not a resident of the area, officers still want to accept treatment with full only 1 time, then seek treatment according to the area of ββββKTP / place of residence

β β β β β Ibu mertua saya meregang nyawa disini akibat pelayanan nya yg super lelet ditelpon minta jemput pke ambulance dia bilang ambulancenya ga ada pas sampe sana ambulance nya lg keparkir aja 2 biji sampe sanapun ibu mertua saya dibiarin gtu aja orang udah ngap2an bukan nya di antetin pake mobil ambulance ke ugd Malah sibuk disuruh nyari tabung oksigen sendiri sampe akhirnya ibu saya meninggal
My mother-in-law died here due to her super slow service, she called me asking to pick her up from an ambulance. She said the ambulance wasn't there. When I got there, I just parked 2 ambulances. Even then, my mother-in-law was left alone. In fact, I was busy being told to find my own oxygen cylinder until finally my mother died

β β β β β kebiasaan puskesmas, klo org berobat ga pernah diperiksa bener2. dokternya sakti, cuma nanya keluhannya apa: sakit punggung. ga diperiksa mendetail, lsg kasi obat maag. ga ada periksa pake stetoskop, ga ditanya keluhan lainnya. jd suka ngrasa percuma dan jd males berobat ke puskesmas, mendingan lsg ke rsud kota.
The practice of the puskesmas is that when people seek treatment, they are never properly checked. the doctor is magic, just asking what the complaint is: back pain. I didn't check in detail, just gave me an ulcer medicine. no check with a stethoscope, no other complaints asked. So I feel like it's useless and I'm lazy to go to the puskesmas for treatment, it's better to go to the city hospital.

β β β β β Untuk anak, pelayanan cukup baik. Untuk parkir mobil, masuk gerbang komplek perumahan sebelum puskesmasnya.
For children, the service is quite good. To park the car, enter the gate of the housing complex before the puskesmas.

β β β β β Kurang memuaskan... utk hasil test PCR tdk ada kejelasan sdh 3hr tdk keluar katanya lgsg d peduli lindungi tp tdk ada pdhal yg saya tau hasil PCR cm 1 hr plg lama 2hr
Not satisfactory... for the PCR test results there is no clarity, it hasn't come out for 3 days, it says immediately care to protect it but nothing even though I know the PCR results are 1 day, the longest 2 days

β β β β β Terimakasih masih menerima pasien saat malam hari, walaupun keterbatasan fasilitas puskesmas. dokter, perawat dan tim jaga malam itu. masih mau menerima konsul, dan mengarahkan yg baik agar segera tertangani keluhannya. semoga semakin baik lagi pelayanannya.
Thank you for still receiving patients at night, despite the limited facilities of the puskesmas. doctors, nurses and team on duty that night. still willing to accept the consul, and direct the good so that their complaints are immediately handled. hopefully the service will be better.
