★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was introduced to Pepper Lunch by a friend, and since then I love it, even after that I recommend it to another friend and once we end up with a lunch here, the three of us... what a funny thing. Mix up the correct amount of spices and sauces, what a do-it-yourself concept! Don't forget to check whether the branch denotes "express" or not: it affects the amount of spices provided. Express branches provides only small amount of spices so you have to ask for more spices to be enough. The other funny thing is that their black pepper is hotter than the red chilli. For Indonesians the price is moderately reasonable, but still cheaper than their branch in Singapore. Worth a try, especially if your country is not covered by Pepper Lunch branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pepper Lunch introduced some new food and they were stunningly delicious. I like the Chicken Katsu Cheesy Chicken Rice. Service is a bit slow even thought they were only a couple of diners (but it's fine). Thank you for having me in Pepper Lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chain resto around JKT. The food was not bad. The staff was amazing though. There is a lot of seating and the resto is kept very orderly. I woild definitely come back here for a quick bite. I did enjoy it. The drink menu is small, but the flavor of the food is great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service in this resto is good. Ordered teriyaki chicken with egg with rice and combo with beverages and miso soup. The drinks and the soup is really standard. Will choose ala carte if I come back to this place. If you dont know how to eat just asking the waitress to cook for you. The chicken is good and well cooked. Unfortunately the price is so overprice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this place several times, my kids love the "cook by yourself" way. Food always great, fresh beef, chicken, and veggies. I appreciate the salmon on the menu; teriyaki salmon and grilled salmon with the special Pepper Lunch butter - which lay me option in my no-meat days.
One minor downside tho, you can't pick where you sit, you get table number as you pay at cashier.
