β β β β β The sushi serving was unexpected, I never read a review about this place and just trying when passed there. Loveeee the menu, so tasty and fresh. Train service is so cute and instagramable too. But it's quite pricey which is acceptable with that quality. All order placed with an iPad on every table and the food served with automatic mini train beside the table. Recommend!

β β β β β one kind of my favorite sushi place!
I'm not a raw-kind-of sushi, so I mostly order kani (crab), tamago (egg), and the chewy seaweed. so I'm not gonna comment for the salmon, tuna, and any fishy topping asides. the taste was moderate but the concept for delivering the sushi is super cool. I love the jet sushi coming by the time I pressed the button)

β β β β β You can find this Genki Sushi inside Sogo Department Store in Central Park Mall on UG floor. This Genki Sushi give you a new experience to order sushi and get the sushi on your table, they use "food train" to deliver your order to your table. So many sushi's options here also other authentic japanese dishes.
I tried some of their sushi, also jellyfish salad. Their original sushi is really good also and fresh. To order here, you will get an ipad to order the food, 1 order maximum only 4 menu, so if you want to order more, you need to complete the order first before move to the next order.
The train will come everytime your order is ready, so do not expect all of your order will come at the same time. After you take the order from the train, do not forget to push the button to make the train back to their kitchen.
If you order hot ocha, you can make your own ocha from the powder. And of course it is free refill.
For the price is really affordable and for the taste really good, and the place is clean. If you want to do payment, the accept credit card, debit card, meal coupon, and cash.

β β β β β Delicious taste of sushi served in technology since you can order through the Ipad they has provided. Free promo for some terms, also they have fun delivering method which is the foods sent using train it's unique. And if you order hot ocha you can create your own tea since the water and tea powder has provided. Overall its very worth it to try and have reasonable price as well.

Genki Sushi is one of the Japanese restaurants that serves all pretty good Japanese food dishes for platter sushi.
This time I order Deluxe Bento Beef Miso Yaki and Cold Ocha.
The bento Genki Sushi box can be said to be hygienic and for the standard taste is the same as other rice bento sets. The miso yaki is pretty good and the taste is very soft.
I ordered refilled cold ocha, the green tea is pretty okay.

β β β β β Not too crowded. But sadly now we have to order through our own gadgets so it's less convenient looking at the menus. It might take longer and more difficult to order since it relies on our network connection. Their wifi isn't really helping.
Impressively, they're always innovative with new dishes. Still fast service and delicious as usual.

- Plate & utensils >> not clean enough. Still oily and lots of finger prints
- ocha glass >> totally understand that you guys not providing straw anymore. However its so ewww that ur glass is so dirty. (Ada sisa makanan nempel and item2). Tp ur staff ada yg notice and offer to replace my ocha right away
- saying am not lucky today. Di sofa ada small cockroach running here and there. Am about to screaming...
- lack of man power i guess. I came exactly around 7pm, almost full house and i can sense ur server very busy and hectic. Took a while for me to get my barcode. And when the barcode cane, turns out its ESB barcode for old cust. Lol
I ask for plate and etc, took them for more than 10mins of wait...
- at the end of my meal one of the supervisor / server offer for a complimentary ice cream as a token of apologize. Luckily ur ice cream taste quite tasty. Atleast its the only sweet thing i can taste from my dining experience at genki sushi.
And why the heck you guys put an empty handsanitizer dispenser ? Its definitly been empty for a while. Isnβt handsanitizer one of the crucial thing right now? My only advise to u guys, pls send ur QC staff and plssss improve ur cleanliness :( its so ewww am sorry bhay. I would like to give overall 1/5.
But ur cashier & supervisor/ staff in charge keep saying sorry.

β β β β β Located in Central Park Mall, this place is easy to find. The place is not that spacious and their seating area is limited since this place has its unique way to serve food.
Usually each table only available for around 4 people. We order the menu by scanning a barcode. Later, there's this machine like a sushi belt train on the side of each table that will serve the food. The drink also could be refilled if we choose Ocha, and on each table, there's a sink available for Ocha.
Menu varies, but mostly they serve Japanese food (sushi) and other too.
Taste okay, price understandable.
