★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally re-open again after renovation, the place can be easily found at 3rd floor Central Park Mall. Beside Gramedia.
The place is crowded, need to go on waiting list first but totally worth it.
Food orders :
1. Buta Tonshabu : Using pork belly slice as topping, the soup taste is great and the pork meat is incredible
2. Buta Kara with curly noodle : recommended for spicy lover cause of their secret spicy sause, the pork is tender and tasty
3. Ocha
You can customize your ramen from the noodles, flavour strenght and richness. So far this is one of my favorite ramen place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best ramen house in town featuring Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen, this is one of our favorite! This place is never short of crowds queuing for meals even during non-peak dining hours.
There are 2 types of noodles: straight (thin) & curly (thicker) which firmness can be customized to your likings (soft, normal, or hard) - I always enjoy the normal firmness. What we love most here is the Hakata Tonkotsu broth which has thick texture & whiteish colors, the taste is very rich & savoury and will keep you sipping till the last drop.
Besides the fabulous Buta Signature Ramen (pork ramen with mouthwatering succulent pork chasu — A must-try!), my personal cravings are:
1. Buta Tonshabu: ramen served with slices of pork belly. Love this so much!
2. Buta Japanese Curry: there are 2 types of curry ramen: Japanese curry which is thicker & Curry ramen.
3. Premium Pork Cheek: very tender & tasty part of pork which is grilled and topped with garlic oil sauce.
4. Gyu Chasu Aburi: premium beef slice torched with fire & topped with garlic oil sauce.
5. Buta Chahan: one of the best Japanese fried rice with generous topping & fulfilling portions. A very nice alternative to the ramen.
Besides the chosen meat topping, every bowl of ramen comes with half-cooked tamago (boiled egg) which egg yolk has great texture, wood ear mushroom & spring onions. For spicy ramen lover you should try their special spicy “Kara” sauce, it’s so appetizing. There’s special combo where you can add a small bowl of rice with minced pork/chicken for every ramen you purchase. The minced meat is very tasty & make you wish there were more of it!
We’ve been coming here more times than we care to count but still the taste is so addictive it lingers on our mind. The only downside here is the poor services which occurs almost as consistent as the crowds coming to the store. So stay cool & enjoy your ramen ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's available on GoFood. The taste's okay. They said that the ramen has been adjusted to Indonesian's taste. They have pork in this branch (few of their branches don't serve pork). I don't think the larger version or extra toppings worth it though. In a similar price we can get more authentic Japanese ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, this one is the best ramen in Indonesia ?. We can custom our ramen, firm of the ramen, and the thickness and seasoning of the broth.
I really love the broth and their buta charsiu. I always order their minced pork too. But on that time, the minced pork is too salty for me.
Interior of this restaurant is so oriental that they have lot of lampion hanging. Its give more Japanese touch there
