★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadi menurut gue ini klinik paling menyebalkan pelayanan jelek, kenapa saya sebut jelek. Karena pelayan kasir pendaftarannya tidak responsif, entah siapa namanya perempuan itu karena saya ga lihat name tagnya. Saat saya bertanya dia tetap fokus pada layar monitor. Dimana atitude nya?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya selalu rame .buka 24 jam melayani bpjs kesehatan dan banyak asuransi laennya ...kadang aja berobat kesini klo lagi skit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 kali berobat kesini. Yg pertama pagi jam 3.00 krn sesak nafas akibat gastritis. Alhamdulillah ke klinik dokternya kasi obat yg cocok. Lalu yg kedua kesini lagi, surprise krn sistem antrian yang semakin baik, jadi meski banyak pasien, sistem antriannya bekerja sangat baik, alurnya juga jelas. Cukup datang ambil nomor antrian dari mesin, lalu ke tempat pendaftaran kasih kartu bpjs/asuransi. Nanti seterusnya sistem antriannya akan kasih info kita ke nurse dulu, lalu ke rg selanjutnya. Moga makin baik aja pelayanannya
