Ini pengalaman saya.
Waktu itu saya udh gak kuat sakit bgt.
Pas masuk ke ruang periksa, dokter gak lngsung nyamperin, komunikasinya kaya niat gak niat, krna waktu itu saya udh berbaring, dokternya msh duduk sambil natap layar hp.
Saya lupa nama dokternya (laki-laki)
Dr segi obat juga (klo untuk saya) tdk cocok.
Apologies cm 1 star.
This is my experience.

When I entered the examination room, the doctor did not immediately arrive, the communication was rich with no intention, because at that time I was already lying down, the doctor was still sitting while staring at the cellphone screen.
I forgot the name of the doctor (male)
Dr in terms of medicine too (if for me) is not suitable.

Pelayanan nya buruk banget gak dokternya kaga resepsionis nya.
Tau lagi bangun tidur, kalau kaga mau Nerima pasien mending tutup aja, jangan ditulis "24JAM"
Terpaksa saya disini
I just got treatment at 03.00 in the morning
The service is really bad, the doctor is not the receptionist.
Know when you wake up, if you don't want Nerima, the patient should just close it, don't write "24JAM"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman setiap kesini selalu tidak menyenangkan,
Terakhir kesini dokter tidak ramah, kaku, komunikasi tidak baik ke pasien .
Saya lupa nama dokternya siapa, entah ismi isni soalnya struknya udah hilang .
Saat dokter akan melakukan suntik / injeksi di daerah bokong, saya sudah khawatir bakal ga sesuai teori..
Ternyata benar aja, pas dokter mulai mau suntik banyak kesalahan yg di lakukan sang dokter:
1. Salah posisi suntikan, dia menyuntikan 1/2 spina iliaka, bukan 1/3 .
2. Tidak komunikasi ke pasien utk rileks & obat akan di suntikan, sehingga pasien kaget & tegang .
3. Spuit tidak di aspirasi sblm obat di suntikan, dapat menyebabkan obat keluar lagi stlh di suntik / obat bisa masuk ke pembuluh darah.
4. Saat pencabutan jarum tidak cepat, sehingga pasien merasa kesakitan .
Saya bidan, jadi saya tahu mana yg benar. Padahal ini prakter dasar loh.. Koq bisa2 nya dokter ga bisa melakukan suntik IM bokong dengan benar?
Dan 1 lagi, si dokter menyuruh pasien utk istirahat yg cukup . TAPI tidak mau memberi surat ijin sakit walaupun sehari .
So buat apa dia menyarankan pasien utk istirahat kalo surat izin aja PELIT .
Pantesan kliniknya SEPI, ga kayak Klinik yg lainnya yg always rame .
Soalnya dokternya Minus dari segi hal komunikasi, praktek & pengalaman .

Finally here the doctor is not friendly, stiff, communication is not good to the patient.
I forgot the name of the doctor, whether ismi isni because the receipt was gone.
When the doctor will do the injection / injection in the buttocks area, I have been worried that it will not fit the theory ...
It turned out to be true, when the doctor started to inject lots of mistakes the doctor did:
1. Incorrect injection position, he injects 1/2 iliac spina, not 1/3.
2. Not communicating to the patient to relax & the drug will be injected, so the patient is shocked & tense.
3. No aspiration syringe before the drug is injected, can cause the drug to come out again after injection / drug can enter the blood vessel.
4. When the needle is removed it is not fast, so the patient feels pain.
I am a midwife, so I know what's right. Even though this is a basic practice, how come the doctor can't properly inject the buttocks?
And one more time, the doctor told the patient to have enough rest. BUT don't want to give a sick license even though it's a day.
So why did he advise the patient to take a break if the PELIT permit.
Pantesan clinic SEPI, it's not like other clinics that are always crowded.
Because the doctor is Minus in terms of communication, practice & experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya ramah suster dan dokternya juga ramah kebanyakan dokter di klinik citra masih muda ..diklinik citra buka 24 jam jadi klo darurat biasanya langsung kesini soalnya deket dengan rumah ....dan biasanya anak cocok berobat kesini
Jd g bingung klo ada anggota keluarga yang sakit
Klinik citra pomad mempunyai lahan parkir yang cukup.
The service is nurse friendly and the doctor is also friendly, most doctors in the image clinic are still young ... the image clinic is open 24 hours so if the emergency is usually right here, it's close to home ... and usually the child is suitable for treatment here
So it's confusing if a family member is sick
The Pomad image clinic has sufficient parking space.

yesterday swab antigen but my data has not been entered into the care to protect. Wanting to claim free medicine from the Ministry of Health is difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Dokter Umum 24 Jam plus ada Tes Antigen (70.000) dan PCR (275.000), tapi blm diakui di Pedulilindungi. Belum terdaftar sbg klinik yg diakui, walaupun sdh akurat sesuai standar Kemenkes..
