★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang untuk rapid antigen tapi kata penjaganya yang bernama Dwi harus menunggu karena petugasnya lagi istirahat padahal saya sangat terjepit dengan waktu sehingga kami harus pergi ke tempat lain. Sangat mengecewakan. Tolong pelayanannya ditingkatkan jika ingin maju.Terimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dengan pelayanan nya. Jam 8 Cek lab dijanjikan 1-2 jam dan akan dihubungi kemudian. Sampai siang jam 13 belum ada kabar. Sehingga saya datang langsung utk menanykan. Pas datang hasil belum ada. Sepertinya petugas tdk bertanggung jawab thd janji kpd pasien. Masa utk hasil cek darah saja sampai lebih dr 5 jam. Tolong diperbaiki tanggung jawab nya kpd pasien. Thanks
I am disappointed with the service. 8 hours Lab check promised 1-2 hours and will be contacted at a later date. Until noon at 13 there was no news. So I came directly to ask. When I arrived there were no results. Looks like the officer is not responsible for patient appointments. The period for blood check results alone is up to more than 5 hours.
