β β β β β Kocak, dokter cewe ruang 2 sebelah nurse station bilang, skrg meriksa nya gabisa sentuh2han. Jd dia nebak2 aja ngasih obat nya. Udah gitu Galak banget katanya gw kenapa ga berobat dr 3 hari sakit. Orang sakit nya baru muncul td malem, gimana deh ?

β β β β β Jujur pelayanan dokternya agak kurang ramah jadi sempet ada nada tinggi karna kita cuma bilang "iya maaf kita ngga ngerti" dan dijawab dengan tinggi nadanya "iya ini saya jelaskan" ya mungkin dokternya capek ya tapi kayaknya agak kurang pantas
Honestly, the doctor's service was a bit unfriendly, so there was a high tone because we just said "yes, sorry, we don't understand" and we answered with a high tone "yes, I'll explain" maybe the doctor is tired, but it seems a bit inappropriate

The Pelita Sehat Pomad Clinic has good and friendly service. The waiting room is spacious and clean. Strategic place and easy for patients to reach. Good consultation and service. Continued success, hopefully it will always be our family's favorite clinic....

β β β β β Dapet rujukan dari kenari buat cek darah rutin dan tipes, dari dokter kenari nya udah bilang kalo untuk cek tipes itu ga di tanggung bpjs. Sampe disana langsung ke rujukan stasion saya diberi kertas yg tulisannya lunas (saya bingung kok udah lunas perasaan tadi kata dokternya ga di tanggung bpjs untuk yg tipes) lanjut cek darah, setelah hasilnya keluar langsung dibawa ke klinik kenari kembali. Sesampainya disana, hasil cek daarah di baca oleh dokter dan ternyata yg di cek hanyalah darah rutin saja.
Saya sangat kecewa oleh pelayanan klinik pomad, saya tidak mengerti kenapa perawat nya tidak memberikan pelayanan yg layak.
Got a referral from walnuts for routine blood checks and typhus, the walnut doctor already said that the bpjs is not responsible for checking typhus. When I got there, I went straight to the reference station, I was given a paper that was written in full (I'm confused, how come the feeling was paid off earlier, the doctor said it wasn't covered by BPJS for those with typhoid). Arriving there, the results of the blood check were read by the doctor and it turned out that what was checked was only routine blood.
I am very disappointed by the service of the Pomad clinic, I don't understand why the nurses don't provide proper service.

β β β β β Tidak ada Security/OB atau staff yg bisa mengarahkan pasien yg baru datang. Hanya mesin antrian di depan pintu. Kasian jika ada lansia atau yg kurang mengerti pemakaian mesin antrian tsb.
Staff administrasi standar. Tidak terlalu ramah, tidak buruk juga. Kita sebagai pasien harus detail jgn iya iya aja. saya dtg jam 10:30 untuk poli KIA untuk periksa kandungan karna ada keluhan, staff nya bilang daftarnya harus online dan harus kembali lagi besoknya untuk pemeriksaan. Ya ampun, ini kan bukan salon yg harus reservasi h-1. Suami keberatan, kenapa harus besok, ini kan urgent mana bisa nunggu. Baru deh di daftarin langsung dan disuru balik lagi jam 1.
Kalo untuk bidannya sendiri termasuk oke , detail, penjelasan mudah di mengerti dan langsung dikasih rujukan karna mungkin kurang lengkap alatnya.
Semoga bisa diperbaiki lagi pelayanan yg masih kurang ??
There is no Security / OB or staff who can direct newly arrived patients. Just a queuing machine at the door. It's a pity if there are elderly or those who don't understand the use of the queuing machine.
Standard administrative staff. Not too friendly, not bad either. We as patients have to be detailed, don't say yes. I came at 10:30 to the KIA poly to check the womb because there was a complaint, the staff said the list had to be online and had to come back the next day for an examination. Oh my goodness, this isn't a salon that requires d-1 reservation. My husband objected, why did it have to be tomorrow, this is urgent, how can I wait. Just registered directly and asked to come back again at 1 o'clock.
As for the midwife herself, it's okay, detailed, the explanation is easy to understand and a referral is immediately given because the tools may not be complete.
Hopefully the service that is still lacking can be improved ??
