★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call center susah di hubungi. BUMN yg bergeram di bidang pelayanan namun tidak melayani dgn pasti.
Beda sama PLN , call center standbay 7×24 jam untuk pelayanan. Beda jauh walaupun berbasis BUMN.
 Call center is difficult to contact. BUMN that is furious in the service sector but does not serve with certainty.
Different from PLN, call center standbay 7×24 hours for service. It's a big difference even though it's based on SOEs.

Pdam Brebes why almost every day the water dies. Even though we pay late every month, it's not late. Please fix it.. like this we are in trouble if there is no water!!!!

Giliran jarang keluar air, konsumen tetep harus bayar,
Padahal tetangga ada yg 4 bulan belum bayar tapi nggk di datengin petugas Mulu,
Di paksa harus bayar sama petugas ,
Now PDAM is charging it correctly, exceeding the deb collector, 2 months late, it's already threatened to be revoked,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knpa air nya sering mati tapi tidak ada pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu? Padahal airnya dipake buat masak, mandi, dll.. Haduhhhh
Sangat merugikan sekali..
Why does the water often turn off but there is no advance notification? Even though the water is used for cooking, bathing, etc.. Hauhhhh
Very detrimental..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah sekali. Sering sekali mati air. Dalam sehari cuma dapat air satu ember keluar dr kran. BAHKAN HARI INI Di perum sengon ini puncaknya sehari full 24 JAM MATI GAK SETETESPUN KELUAR. Padahal ribuan org bayar tepat waktu, apa uang sebegitu banyaknya tidak bisa juga untuk menanggulangi hal2 kaya gini?
Dan no. Tlp tirta baribis hanya PAJANGAN saja. Tlp berapa kalipun tdk diangkat. Mgkn krn saking banyaknya komplain jadi tlp berdering diabaikan krn itu pasti komplain pelanggan!.

and no. Tlp tirta baribis is just a display. No matter how many times you don't pick up. Maybe because there are so many complaints that the ringing phone is ignored because it must be a customer complaint!.
