Air di Betengsari sudah mati 2 hari, tidak ada stock air lagi. Melaporkan hal ini sudah 4x selalu dijawab dengan jawaban retoris “Kami catat keluhan, mohon ditunggu”.
Ketika kami tanyakan bagaimana SOP pengaduan dan perbaikan pihak PDAM tidak bisa menjawab.
Penerima telpon atas nama Pak Hari dan Pak Arip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di bugangan klo dr pagi habis subuh pasti mati, tidak ada air sama sekali .. ..nnti mulai ada air jam 10/11 an siang itupun kecil sekali . . .nnti dijam sibuk air mati lagi.. . Sudah lebih dr 4 bulan tidak ada perbaikan sama sekali.. dr pihak pengelola PDAM mohon dicek coba jalur pipa air ke bugangan kenapa bisa mati, klo musim kemarau panjang qta maklum tp ini kan banyak hujan, otomatis banyak air
