 we pay every month, if we are late we get a fine, BUT our right to get service from the PDAM is very minimal, a lot of congestion drips smoothly... DISAPPOINTING...

Bayar mahal tiap bulan hanya demi air yang ngalirnya nggak tentu, udah gitu ngalirnya kayak ingus, dikiiiit bgt, masyaAllah kalian itu pelayan masyarakat lho ya, jangan seenaknya sendiri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Permisi min, kenapa udah dari beberapa bulan lalu air PAMnya ngalirnya kecil, terus akhir2 ini sering bgt mati, kalo memang ada gangguan bisa tolong sampaikan sama pengguna, dan kalo perlu segera dipebaiki, PDAM sekarang udah ga kaya dulu min, tolong dengarkan keluh kesah para pengguna, terimakasih.
