★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon call center nya bisa stand by 24 jam dong supaya pelanggan bisa mendapat informasi yg jelas jika tiba2 air mati seharian seperti sekarang. WA center pun hanya menjawab sekedarnya, dan tidak merespon lebih lanjut.
Please the call center can stand by 24 hours so that customers can get clear information if suddenly the water dies all day like now. The WA center only answered modestly, and did not respond further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mending tiap malam keluar air, lah ini 2 minggu lebih tidak keluar air (wilayah adiwerna).
Bayar tetep bayar, tapi gangguan bae.....
It's better to come out of water every night, this is more than 2 weeks of not coming out of water (adiwerna region).
Pay still pay, but the problem bae.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong kalau gangguan dikabarkan terlebih dahulu, jangan tiba-tiba mati dan cukup lama, tidak hanya hitungan jam tapi harian. Kalo mendadak kami tidak bisa ada persiapan apapun, sedangkan kebutuhan air sangat penting.
Please, if the disturbance is reported first, don't suddenly die and take a long time, not only hours but daily. If suddenly we can not make any preparations, while the need for water is very important.
