★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very much complete lab clinic. But my last experience was not very encouraging. It wasn't my first visit but they were not so warm and friendly. It never happened to me before.
Then in one afternoon, I have my enque number but other people without number just went ahead to the desk and get served. Unfortunately, they told me it was my fault eventhough I was the only one in the waiting room. They said they have called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the equipment but when I had the echography the doctor only told me what she saw, I had to ask a lot of questions to get more information about the nodules found...and then she left. When I took the results absolutely no reading, no further information what I have to do about this, what's next, what are my options, etc. They just said they have a general doctor who can help me read the results but obviously she talked about very general knowledge, not knowing what I have to do next...so strange, I disliked it. And the price was 360k

The most of all that made me feel so uncomfortable is that I should wait for more than 15 minutes just to wait for the doctor finished her call. And I still remembered the doctor said that: "Kalau sakit maag gapapa normal, itu diminumin obat sembuh". You can fix it, Parahita, and I believe that you can do better than this!
