 Sy n friends stay here the second time. Because the place is clean comfortable, it is located not far from the center of Yogja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waktu kesini 3 hari 2 malam pas liburan imlek...tempat bagus trus nyaman kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandi nya juga oke kok gak kalah ama hotel yang keren nya sih ada tempat buat ngopi2 nya juga,jadi liburan sekalian kongkow2 juga recomend dehh....
time here 3 days 2 nights when the Lunar New Year is ... good place is comfortable then the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is also okay why not lose to the cool hotel, there is a place for coffee too, so a vacation all kongkow2 also recommend ... .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homestay di sini sangatlah nyaman. Kebetulan tinggal di lt2 nya bersama teman". Di sana host nya sangat ramah dan sangat koperatif. Beliau juga membantu merekomendasikan destinasi mana saja yang kita inginkan. Good place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa è grande, molto bella, arredata con gusto, pulita e con tutti i comfort. Ci sono tre stanze con letto singolo e una con letto matrimoniale, tutte con il proprio bagno. Si trova anche in una posizione molto comoda per spostarsi in città. Daniel e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili a soddisfare le nostre necessità.
The house is large, very beautiful, tastefully furnished, clean and with all the comforts. There are three rooms with a single bed and one with a double bed, all with their own bathroom. It is also in a very convenient location for getting around the city. Daniel and his family were very willing to meet our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat yang paling the best untuk stay di Jogja. Hostnya, Bapak Agung, ramah banget. Beliau banyak kasih tau tempat makan yang enak dan tempat yang harus dikunjungi di Jogja.
Pengurus rumahnya, Bapak Widodo, juga ga kalah ramahnya. Beliau banyak bantuin kita saat kita perlu bantuan. Apalagi saat salah satu motor yang kita sewa perlu perbaikan ban, karena mendadak kempes saat kita mau pakai. Beliau juga yang bantuin benerin toilet di kamar saya yang mendadak bocor dan aernya ga bisa matiin.
Rumahnya cozy banget, cocok banget yang pergi grouping. Totalnya ada 4 kamar (1 kamar master dan 3 kamar kecil dengan single bed). Masing-masing kamar memiliki design interior yang homie banget dan yang pastinya ga kalah dengan hotel bintang 5 sekalipun.
Mereka juga menyediakan gitar, jadi cocok banget buat santai sore atau yang ingin santai2 di pagi hari sambil minum kopi, sambil nyanyi2 dengan kawan2.
Di sini pun ada balkon yang cozy banget. Cocok buat sarapan sambil makan roti dan minum teh/kopi, apalagi kalau sambil mengobrol dengan kawan2, pastinya seru banget donk.
Yang paling best nya adalah, mereka menyediakan snack2 kecil, aer, dan mereka pun memperbolehkan kita untuk masak indomie di tempatnya Pak Agung. Ga ada hal negatif yang saya temui ketika stay di tempat ini.
The best place to stay in Jogja. The host, Agung, is very friendly. He was very much in love with a good place to eat and a place to visit in Jogja.
The manager of his house, Mr Widodo, was also not less friendly. He helps us a lot when we need help. Especially when one of the motorcycles that we rent needs tire repair, because it suddenly crashes when we want to use it. He also helped repair the toilets in my room which suddenly leaked and the aerial couldn't die.
The house is really cozy, it is very suitable to go grouping. In total there are 4 rooms (1 master room and 3 small rooms with single beds). Each room has a very homieous interior design and certainly not inferior to even 5-star hotels.
They also provide guitars, so it's perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or who wants to relax in the morning while drinking coffee, while singing with friends.
Here too there is a very cozy balcony. Suitable for breakfast while eating bread and drinking tea / coffee, especially if while chatting with friends, it's certainly really exciting.
The best thing is, they provide small snacks, aer, and they also allow us to cook indomie in the place of Mr. Agung. There is no negative thing that I have encountered when staying in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s such a nice house with great exterior and interior. The design of every room was really lovable for every person to come here, including us! The location which is not far away from Malioboro, obviously a value-aded for Romeah Wina. We had a great welcome there by the owner and definitely would love to recommend this place to our friend or us, if we come again to Jogja.
