★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be 15 minutes per person for Antigen Test, but here can be 2 hours with unclear reason. I suggest you to go to another place for the same test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed the test results as a travel documents which is time-sensitive so I bought the same-day PCR test package (covid swab test) for Rp. 1,150,000,-
Long story short, the results supposed to be delivered by WhatsApp chat by 8pm on the same-day but I just received them the next day.
The way they communicated the information about the testing time and operational hour is also not consistent.
It is so hard to reach them and ask for information. Once i realized I haven't received the results after 8pm, I sent a chat to their WA but since it's a business account, I got reply that said the chat service only open until 8pm and that they will reply the next business hours which is 9am the next day.
Still got no reply at 9 am in the next morning, so I called the office several times since 9am (office hour found in Google) but no one picked up. I sent some WA chats but don't get answer until more than 2 hours later just to get "mohon ditunggu ya kak (Please wait)". And I was like, "can you please be more informative responding to the customer??"
The whole experienced just so confusing and frustrating. The reason I give 2-stars is because they left me feels uneasy and worried that I might not be able to fly without the documents OR that I might need to find another testing place.
However, on the plus side, the workers on the lab was friendly and I finally got my test results in hand.
I only recommend this place if you're not in a time-sensitive situation. Expect some delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you online registratiom before..after the test..you wont be get a hard copy of the result. I try to ask the printout but the staff dont talk nicely. Maybe today is my last test in here..better get the new clinic.

(+) Me and my husband went there without reservation (walk-in) and they still accept us, we took a 12 hours PCR Test, and they sent the result at midnight via email (we took the test on afternoon), excellent.
(+) They implement the standard protocol for COVID, have a spacious waiting room and the toilet is clean.
(+) They had a different queue number for the registration and the test queue.
(+) They had a different room for testing.
