★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this place because I was curious with how they make their fluffy pancake. They have a glass window for us to view the process of making the pancake. It’s interesting to see the process while waiting for the seating. We have to be patient but the staff are good. They are profesional in managing the seating. They deliver what they promised. The food has many variety. It has salad, bento rice and fries. So let’s come and give it a try and give your own opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit small, and there's always some queue. Been wanting to try their pancakes and I finally did. They taste great, but I tasted much fluffier pancakes before so.. 8/10, for the overall taste and presentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just know this brand of Japanese fluffy pancake from youtube. When going to Emporium Pluit see it and want to try it. We went there for 1st time and they have closed. Second try also too late and the third one need to queue around 45 minutes even though it is not lunch time on Sunday (week end perhaps). They have original pancake, pancake with fruit, pancake with strawberry, pancake with matcha, pancake with cheese. Appetizer such as green salad, chicken salad with 3 types of sauce (japanese, original, the other one forget lol), also have french fries with cheese, chicken wings. We ordered original pancake to know the real taste, matcha pancake (green tea taste), cookies and cream pancake and salad. For pancake, they need to create it freshly and will need to wait around 25-30 minutes however it is so soft and when it is in your mouth then directly feel like eating ice cream. For salad, the sauce is really nice and blend with the vegetables. Overall it is worth to try. For the drink, you need to try their favourite drink full of colours. We tried the mixed between blue and red.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it! Located next to KOI, the place is not too big but not to small either. It's a lil bit hot if you choose the seating near the window. The place is clean and nicely decorated with yellow color on every furniture they have. The staff are nice and friendly, the service is great. The staff told me to wait for abt 20-30 mins because they have to make the pancakes, but i only have to wait for 5 minutes for my pancakes to be served.
The food visual is so tempting and instagramable. The pancake is sooo fluffy, jiggly, and not to sweet. The portion is generous (especially the topping!) They also serve pasta, rice bowl, and salad besides the fluffy pancake. I don't think this dish is overpriced because you can share 1 portion of pancakes (idr 59k) with your friend. So it has reasonable price. You can pay with gopay and get 10% cashback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time visiting Pan & Co, and they are still the best soft pancakes in town. It was so fluffy it was like eating a cloud. It tastes delicious. The place is very clean, and the decoration is nice and coordinated with the furniture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced pancake, serving time was way too long. Waited for nearly 40 minutes until the food was ready, when there were only 3 customers. Orders were:
1. Strawberry pancake
2. Miso carbonara spaghetti
3. Beef teppan bento
So let me slice and dice our orders.
Strawberry pancake: eggy and not firm, but taste was just OK. Strawberry jam and ice cream: so-so. Nothing special, just ordinary. Overall combined not bad, but 65k for an ordinary foamy strawberry pancake was just pricey and doesnt go well with the taste. Was expecting more than that since reviews were overrated. Could have been better. (6/10)
Miso carbonara spaghetti: big plate, small serving. Creaminess of the carbonara: standard. The spaghetti: undercooked. Masih keras dan ngga chewy/ al dente. Would have been better kalau spaghettinya dimasak 1-2 menit lebih lama. Taste of the miso carbonara blends well. Nothing much to say. (5/10)
Beef bento: rice was too undercooked. Nasinya keras/ perak dan ngga mateng. Tidak sesuai gambar; tidak ada telur. Beef was too meaty, susah dikunyah. I expected more from this dish actually. Again, overpriced. Harga kurang sesuai dengan kualitas makanan. (3/10)
In summary kalau mau buat foto2 makanan boleh lah makan di tempat ini krna warna dan tampilan makanannya yg cukup menarik perhatian. Tapi kalau dari segi rasa, kualitas makanan, dan waktu penyajian, sangat tidak disarankan. Could have been better. But on the other side, i understood that they perhaps lack employees. Only 2 staffs doing all the work. Cashier and cook. Salute to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the best fluffy pancakes in town. I've tried plenty other fluffy pancakes, but nothing compared to this one. It is actually like eating a cloud. They have various toppings and pretty unique. Love their newest caramello. Affordable price. Thumbs up!
