Kepada tokio street tepatnya di mall Daan Mogot, lt dasar, di depan restaurant AW. Tolong beri pelatihan terhadap karyawan anda, bagaimana cara melayani customer yang baik!
Menggunakan nada dan intonasi yang tidak sopan, sudah termasuk tidak menghargai customer. Saya beri uang senilai 50.000 dia berkata tidak ada kembalian dan tidak berusaha maksimal untuk menukar uang yang memang seharusnya itu dilakukan oleh pelayan. Dia berkata "disini biasa pada pakai ovo" emang saya nanya, gak kan.
Memberi tahu menu yang tidak ada dengan gertakkan yang tidak pantas, saya sungguh kecewa dan saya membuang takoyaki tersebut dalam keadaan emosi dan kesal.
Terdapat 2 karyawati, saya memberi keluhan terhadap karyawati yang berhijab, dan berbadan gendut.
Ingatkan kepada pelayan tersebut pembeli adalah RAJA!
