★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lunch with my friends on Saturday..
Three of us ordered different dishes. They brought us only two dishes..and I after waiting for almost 10 mins, I asked the waiter the third dish..and we have to wait another five mins bfr they bought us the chicken waffle. The chicken and the waffle was not freshly made, .
I hope they will cook the fettuccine with more water.
I think, the chair is not convenient to hang out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and food, with different kinds of themes for each branch pf restaurant! Great for hanging out and take photos. There are indoor and outdoor seating area, for smoking and if you bring your pets, but the indoor area is a bit warm not feeling the air conditioner that well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a disappointing experience. Service was slow, somehow understandable since it was lunchtime. But the time it took for dishes to arrive were too long. My wife's salmon baked rice arrived a full 20 minutes before my dish and she was nearly finished when mine arrived.
So these are the dishes that we ordered this afternoon:
1. Steak spaghetti (3/5)
The spaghetti was good. But sadly it arrived too long when I was already starving. And the steak, which I ordered medium rare, arrived nearly well done, which made it taste like horse's saddle.
2. Salmon baked rice (2/5)
Both baked rice and salmon were underseasoned (read: tasteless)
3. Fish n sambal (1/5)
Sooooooooo salty (and no, the fish is not salted fish)
I conveyed our complaints and sadly was only replied with an apology. I guess its more out of politeness of the waiter since they don't seem to know what to do either.
Anyway, definitely not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd say this is one of the places which offers great products with reasonable price in the area.
Unlike other places which will charge you around IDR 79-99k for pasta (for example: Pancious), they offer it at IDR 69k at average with great quality and taste (dare even i say, some places which charge more can be quite bland and disappointing).
The have a lot of choices of drinks and pancakes to choose from and all at better price offer and better taste as well (it's not syrup).
The pancakes are soft and still a bit moist. And they give it at at least 2 layers. It is also visually pretty.
The place is crowded during lunch time, so consider the chances to wait in line.
The servers are great. Very responsive and friendly. Quick to act on requests as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that due to the pandemic Nanny's became understaffed. It took a while until we can get our food. But I'm a little disappointed that my food was cold while my partner's food was warm, fresh out of the kitchen.
The pasta was satisfactory. Huge chunks of salmon paired with delightful creamy sauce. My meat lover penne was everything I expected it to be, I wish it wasn't cold.
But the true star of the day was and always will be the pancake. I am happy they kept their pancakes quality really high. Cheesy, buttery goodness paired with delicious blueberry sauce.
Don't forget to get traveloka vouchers! Our meal original price was 370k but we paid 220k because of the vouchers. Good deals are always good.
