Martabaknya itu diaduk terus sampai lembut dan karena dimasak pakaj arang, jadi slowcooking dan itu bikin soft dan berongga banyak hampir seperti Bika Ambon dari Medan itu!
Kejunya segung! Coklat dan kacangnya juga ga kalah tingginya.

BEST MARTABAK EVER !!!! this could be a true moonlit martabak pandoman.
The martabak is stirred continuously until it's soft and because it is cooked with charcoal, it becomes slow cooking and it makes it soft and hollow, almost like Bika Ambon from Medan!
The cheese is cool! Chocolate and peanuts are equally high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an alternative to another famous martabak joint in Muara Karang. This one is manned by what I presumed ex-apprentice of the other martabak place since the cook used to cook martabak on the other place some 20 years ago. A must try if you like martabak or if you're a sweet tooth. The martabat filling is iver the top. I think per serving would add 1000 cal to your daily intake ? but seriously, a must try

Ultra extra contents with extra price. The ingredients quality slightly lower from time to time.
