Pelayanannya parah-parah. Air sering mati. Dikomplain jg ngga langsung ditanggapin. Kitanya malah balik ditanyain macam2. Amit-amit . Kl kalian direktur Palyja ngga mampu ya sebaiknya tahu malu dan mengundurkan diri. Kasih kesempatan org lain yg mampu. Dr pd mau terus menjabat tapi menyusahkan rakyat.

Rakyat Indonesia masih rakyat terjajah. - Palyja kirim air keruh, kita harus bayar full. - Tak ada air bbrp hari, kita harus bayar biaya berlangganan full. - Kita salah bayar, bayar double, uang tak dikembalikan. - Tak ada air mengalirpun dalam 1 kompleks, Palyja bilang tak ada kendala. Intinya kl kita disuguhin tai, ya kita harus makan tai itu. Beda jauh dgn rakyat di negara maju yg bener2 bebas dr penjajahan ini. Mana berani perusahaan di Perancis misalnya memperlakukan rakyat di Perancis seperti rakyat Indonesia yg masih bisa dibodohin dan di-eksploitasi. Kl ada kendala, langsung diperbaiki dan diberi kompensasi untuk ketidak-nyamanannya. Terima kasih.

Ada seorang yg mengaku petugas PALYJA datang memeriksa meteran air dan mengatakan perlu ada konfirmasi ke kantor pusat. Karena khawatir penipuan maka saya tanyakan surat tugasnya ternyata orang tsb tidak memiliki surat tugas, karena saya tidak percaya perkataan org tsb maka laporkan kejadian ini ke PALYJA Care melalui email dan direspon dengan sangat baik. Namun sayangnya petugas PALYJA Care tetap meminta kedatangan saya di hari kerja jam kerja. Padahal semua informasi yg dibutuhkan sudah saya berikan. Saya tidak mengerti untuk apa datang di hari kerja jam kerja karena tidak dijelaskan. Komunikasi via email dan telp saja seharusnya cukup terutama di masa pandemi ketika virus omicron sedang tinggi. Semoga petugas PALYJA Care dapat situasi saat ini. Dan agar petugas PALYJA Care dapat memaksimalkan sarana komunikasi yang ada.

Because I was worried about fraud, I asked for a letter of assignment, it turned out that the person did not have a letter of assignment, because I did not believe what the person said, I reported this incident to PALYJA Care via email and it was responded very well. But unfortunately the PALYJA Care staff still asked for my arrival on weekdays during working hours. I have provided all the required information. I don't understand why I come on weekdays because it's not explained. Communication via email and telephone alone should be sufficient, especially during a pandemic when the omicron virus is high. Hopefully PALYJA Care officers will be able to find the current situation. And so that PALYJA Care officers can maximize existing communication facilities.

Paraaaaahhh...tiap bulan selalu mati. Bukan sekali aja tapi sampai 5 kali sebulan. Tau ga seeeh air itu kebutuhan vital. Masak gitu aja harus diajarin. Gimana kek caranya supaya ga mati terus atau kalau mau mati dikasih solusi dong. Misalnya kasih mobil Tanki air gituuh. Duh...duh...duh...
Paraaaaahhh ... every month always die. Not just once but up to 5 times a month. Did you know that water is a vital need. Cooking like that has to be taught. How do you keep it from dying or if you want to die, give a solution. For example, give a water tank car. Duh... duh... duh...

Perusahaan paling aneh. Maaf, tp saya kesel dan ngga tau harus numpahin uneg2 kmn lagi. Apalagi semenjak ada peraturan air tanah mau dilarang/dibatasi, bikin tambah kesel aja. Air dirumah saya seringkali ngga ngalir, terutama kalo jam2 sibuk mulai dari pagi, pdhl tau sendiri pagi itu kita perlu2nya air. Ya buat mandi, buat beol, buat cuci baju dsb. Nanti baru nyala lagi sore. Pusing rasanya. Bbrp kali manggil orang PAM tp mereka sendiri ngga tau problemnya dimana. Kalo ada orang yg nyatat meter datang kadang juga saya 'curhat' tp mereka juga cuma ngangguk2 aja. Sumpah kesel, sop-nya ngga banget. Kalo ada kebocoran juga mereka cuma bisa cek dari buka keran, gtuuuu aja terus. Pdhl kita udh bayar, ngga pernah telat, at least kalau komplen ya di cek-lah menyeluruh, jgn cuma dari buka keran meteran aja. Koq kyknya ngga pernah upgrade. Kesel. Gini gimana akhirnya ngga beralih pakai air tanah? Kalo pas air mati emangnya kita suruh rame2 mandi dan cuci baju di sungai atau gmn sih?
Weirdest company. Sorry, but I'm annoyed and don't know what to say again. Especially since there is a regulation on groundwater to be prohibited/restricted, it just makes things even more annoying. The water in my house often doesn't flow, especially during busy hours starting from the morning, even though we know that in the morning we need water. Yes, for bathing, for making bells, for washing clothes, etc. It'll be on again in the afternoon. It's dizzy. Several times they have called PAM people but they themselves don't know where the problem is. If there are people who say the meter is coming, sometimes I will 'confide in' but they also just nod. I swear, the soup isn't really that bad. If there is a leak, they can only check from opening the faucet, that's all. Even though we've paid, it's never late, at least if it's a complaint, it's checked thoroughly, don't just open the meter tap. How come it's never been upgraded. Annoyed. How did you end up not switching to using ground water? When the water dies, do we tell you to take a shower and wash clothes in the river or what?
