★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air saya mati total tanpa sebab sdh hampir satu hari, tetangga yg lain hidup airnya. Bayar air tdk pernah telat, tapi knp air tiba2 mati total. Call center tidak berfungsi dng baik. Tdk ada yg terima keluhan saya sbg pelanggan. Tolong Pam ini segera di atasi .
My water is completely dead for no reason for almost a day, the other neighbors have the water alive. Paying for water is never late, but why is the water suddenly completely dead. Call center is not working properly. No one has received my complaint as a customer. Please Pam fix this soon.

It's been 6 months, there's no solution, it doesn't count for contacting customer service, nothing has changed , just give it to the government again, don't hold it private

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air PAM yang tidak keluar sama sekali di wilayah Jl Mardani 1 Cempaka putih barat RW 10 Kami butuh air untuk mandi dan BAB secepatnya. Sore jam 16.00 sampai sekarang 18.30 tidak ada setetes pun air. Bahkan tiap malam jam 23.00- 04.00 WIB selalu saja tidak keluar.
PAM water doesn't come out at all in the area of Jl Mardani 1 Cempaka putih barat RW 10 We need water for bathing and defecating as soon as possible. Afternoon at 16.00 until now 18.30 there is not a drop of water. Even every night at 23.00-04.00 WIB, they always don't come out.
