Saya gabisa telfon cs nya, komplain ke media sosialnya pun tidak bisa, yasudah saya komplain disini saja Tolong karyawan anda yang mau ngecek/foto meteran air perhatikan SOPAN SANTUN dan ETIKA ya! anda itu ke rumah orang lain, bukan ke rumah anda sendiri! Hari ini ada petugas anda yang ke rumah saya, dia bilang udah teriak2 lama yang mana itu BOHONG, saya ada di dalam rumah kok. Dia main buka pintu dan nyelonong aja masuk ke dalam rumah ke area meteran air, pas saya pergoki dan saya marahi dia berdalih udah manggil2, padahal ga ada 1 menit dia ketok2 dan saya lagi jalan menuju pintu depan, tiba2 orang itu udah di dalem lagi asik foto2 meteran air. Sopan kah begitu? Udah dimarahi, dengan santainya dia jawab β€œkan saya udah minta maaf pak, terus saya harus gimana?” Tolong dibenahi attitude karyawannya, kalo pemilik rumah belum keluar ya tunggu, atau datang lagi, jangan buka pintu sendiri seperti tamu tidak diundang atau maling. Kalo ada kehilangan barang, petugas itu yang saya curigai dan akan saya lapor kepada polisi.

Entah harus komplain ke siapa. Sudah hampir 1 bulan air pamnya mati total. Kadang nyala itupun malam. Daerah jl. H kelik kelapa dua kebon jeruk. Telepon Cs ny jawabannya sama terus fluktuasi air sedang rendah. Ekonomi lagi sulit ditambah PAM mati. Tolong dong pihak berwenang solusinya gimana. Air mati tp tagihan ga berubah.

Call center ditelpon ga ada yg respon, pada tidur semua ini call centernya, air mati gak ada info sebelumnya, sangat buruk sekali

Tolong admin untuk segera ditindak lanjuti ,air PAM kami hitam setelah adanya regenerasi saluran air(got)daerah teluk gong.jl.lempuk penjaringan Jakarta Utara.udh beberapa bulan kami kesusahan air bersih untuk masak harus mengantri di tangki air gratis .sampai kapan ini akan segera diperbaiki.dan air bisa normal lagi seperti semula.terimakasih

Air di tempat saya mati sudah hampir sebulan, tahun kemarin mati selama 7 bulan, setiap lapor gak ada respon sama sekali, bilangnya mau ada kunjungan tapi gak ada kunjungan sama sekali. setiap bulan kita disuruh bayar, tapi air tidak keluar, buruk sekali manajemen Palyja ini.
