Pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan, dateng ke kantor mau komplain karena air tidak nyala. Masih mending kalau yang tidak nyala 1 komplek saya ga permasalahin. Ini yang ga nyala punya saya sendiri. Dan kita bayar ga pernah telat. Tapi pas komplain pelayanan nya buruk banget. Payah ??

sudah 2 minggu air mati, hanya stengah hari kurang sempet nyala sbntar, kalo di message cuman suruh nampung sama dibilang penyesuai an, emang mo nampung sbrp banyak kalo 2 minggu mati, lama2 abis juga, sangat TIDAK profesional. Tidak di tindaklanjuti sama skali. Pdhl bayar lancar.

Tolong deh, kalau ada perbaikan dan mau dimatikan minimal 2hari sebelumnya infokan jangan pagi mati siang baru sms, kami tidak ada persiapan, dan kalaupun melakukan perbaikan punya 1 motto maximal 1x24 selesai .

Selamat malam, pengalam pemasangan baru, dr awal sdh banyak oknum dan mafia di PALYJA datang kerumah menawarkan sambungan cepat dgn tarif harga 3xlipatnya, akhirnya saya mengikuti prosedur yg resmi saja, gk berapa lama datanglah team survey msh enak pegawainya kita kasih tips lah buat ongkosnya, selang dua hari tepatnya hr ini mulai dipasang dan datng 4 org lapangan, dr semenjak datang udah gk ada sopannya teriak minum padahal org rmh sdh kasih minum, melihat wajahnya pd kurang ramah akhirnya saya kasih uang tips dan tambahan minum lg tetep gk ada bilang terimakasihnya sepertinya kaya mengharapkan sesuatu yg lbh dari saya cuma gk berani ngomong, setelah selesai pengerjaan, gk ada sama sekali komunikasi ke saya atau pamit bahwa udah selesai... Langsung pergi begitu saja, disini yg saya heran apa petugas lapangannya gk punya atitute sama sekali, apakah memang diharuskan ngasih tips lebih... Tolonglah klo mau maju PALYJA harus brantas petugas dan pegawai lapangan yg kerjanya gk bener dan mengharap tips lebih dr pelanggan

Tolong perhatiannya jangan cuma tagihan disuruh bayar, ini air sudah 3 minggu tidak mengalir (air kosong). Respon dan tindakan tidak ada cuma survey-survey saja. Tolong tanggung jawab palyja.
