★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a homey place. Actually looks like a condominium that provide a medium size room for people to stay in some days.
I went there and stay a night in my friend's room. The room size was medium with good facility. Actually my friend live there and the place was quite clean.
It provided clean water with heating machine. So if you were tired, you can enjoy warm water to rilex your self.
My friend was living in the forth floor. However, there was no lift and escalator so i have to take the stairs to reach the floor in the forth floor. However it was not so difficult for me.
But if you were pregnant or you walked with elderly, you should consider anothere place or choose the room in the first floor.
The place was also safe because there was some guard and every guest should report themself and what they are going to do during the visit.
It is located in west jakarta. However, it is not too far from central java, the heart of jakarta. You can still reach office and mall just simply taking taxi and drive around 15 minutes.
There was also alfamart near to the airy room wherevyou can grab coffe or buy some snack to enjoy the night stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The plus is they have a huge parking lot for their residence or their guest. You could also do the late checking by informing them in advance. The security is good.....and they have refrigator in every room. (Airy is only 4 room, fyi)
However, this place is soooo spooky. Bit horror because the design and the furniture are old enough, yet vintage in a bad way. The room is big, but the is pole which very annoying (ok, now Im talking about the architecture).....and the room is very smelly. :(
The internet is so slow. The hot water is not working. The water is so stink and very noisy. No hexos. The door is made by wood, and that is making the room more smelly anytime the bathroom is opened.
The lamp is not maintained. My room was suddenly balcked out and the lamp could not be turned on again, so I wait until the morning comes just to get the light. The staffs not so much helpful.
Their bed cover is not clean, so the floor, the blanket the towels, the glass, and everything inside the room. I dont think the staffs clean that up. My experience sleeping there was...I did not use the blanket because it was so dirty. I did not drink too, because the water in the gallon did not taste well.
TV is bad and air conditioner not working well. Very bad.
They set a nonsense price for their bad service, yet bad maintained building. Shame...
