★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga kosnya termasuk mahal tapi sprti kosan kumuh byk driver ojol sliweran masuk ke dalm areal kos ,ada yg ketok2 salah kamar ada yg foto2 lorong kga jelas ada yg salah taruh makanan d kmr orang..pokoknya bikin risih penghuni kos khususnya wanita... padahal apartemen yg lebih mhal ojek online dilarang masuk..tolong di tindak lanjuti ke tidaknyamanan ini.
 The cost of the boarding house is expensive, but it's like a shabby boarding house with many Ojol drivers slivering into the boarding area, someone knocks on the wrong room, there are photos of the hallway, it's not clear that someone has put food in someone's room. Apartments that are more expensive, online motorcycle taxis are prohibited from entering.. Please follow up on this inconvenience.

Kamar juga oke..
Lingkungan kost nyaman dan bersih..
Satu yg bikin jengkel dr semuanya, yg jaga parkiran MATA DUITAN banget apalagi yg tua tinggi tuh.. misal nih saya tgl berdua dan dua2nya punya motor masa iya satunya tamu yg bener ajjah donk!! Kita org bayar gk numpang kog.. kl gk dikasih uang parkir minta2 in parkir, jadi ajjah tukang parkir di alf… dan indo… beresssss.. ANEH..
Managementnya gmn ini??? Kang parkirnya di ganti kenapa sih yg beneran dikit
The boarding housekeeper is okay..
Rooms are ok too..
The boarding environment is comfortable and clean..
One thing that irritates all of them is the one who guards the MONEY EYES parking lot, especially the tall old one... for example, I'm on the same day and both of them have motorbikes, so the only guest is the right one!! We, people who pay, don't ride, why don't we ride.. If we don't give parking money, we ask for parking, so just the parking attendants at Alf... and Indo... that's OK... Odd..
How is this management??? Kang, the parking lot has been changed, why is it really a little

- Furniture provided: wardrobe, single bed, chair, table
- Wifi (it’s quite slow, but still okay)
- Toilet dalam (water heater, toilet duduk, shower)
- Laundry provided
- AC
- Electricity (token)
- Warmindo (dibawah)
- Tempat parkir luas
- 24/7 security
Notes: the water is quite smelly, dinding tipis (suara kedengaran), but overall, it’s affordable and quite close with either binus syahdan or anggrek.
