★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Location is good, several restaurants nearby (walking distance or take a taxi or grab). Relatively near the airport, depending the traffic.
- Staff was not really helpful. They could not find our booking and my credit card did not work. In the end there was a booking and no problem with the credit card but it needed some pressure to accomplish this.
- Staff seemed not really interested in guests. Hospitality is probably a new word there. Standard room really small 50 cm wider than the bed! Very simple room. Breakfast is OK but not much choice, very simple. Hygiene was not great in the rooms.
This is a budget hotel without the budget price and good looking from the outside (modern building).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room is so small, minimalize, not good for family, i think this hotel was designed for couple. There is no swimming pool in the hotel, and i still pay the bill for parking for real? The taste of food is fair enough, the breakfast already exhaused at 9a.m instead of 10 a.m for breakfast time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel surprised me. Great Location, you can explore a lot of restaurants nearby and it feels endless of choice of tasty food!
Breakfast was excellent, fresh, tasty and a complete indonesian and western food.
Room was very clean, big TV with football channels, fridge for your leftovers ?.
The staff were friendly, professional and prompt, feels like staying in 5 star hotel.
The bed is so comfortable, that i had a much needed really good sleep after a long day of running around Jakarta (work related)
Ill be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***y of the equipments are not working. The hotel itself is pretty clean. In general, the food is not as tasty as i had come to expect. Staff did not provide wifi password. Standard room really small 50 cm wider than the bed. Very simple room. The location of the hotel is relatively convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no complimentary bottled water and no vending machine inside the hotel meant that we had to go out out and buy bottled water. there was a water dispenser in the lobby but didn't know the condition of the machine or if it was for guests to fill their own water. anyway upon first entry the room smelled funky. only after we turned on the ac did the smell die out a bit but some funk still lingered. overall, not a good impression. disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a birthday party at nimbus hall. The food was ok, and the elevator is small and slow. If there’re more than 1 party, I think it will be long queue except you want to take the escalator. Small mall with supermarket at the 1st and 2nd floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategic place to stay with a large room.
Very near with some restaurants, grocery store, and gas stations.
Going anywhere in PIK area is near.
Few points that can be improved:
1. All access through a lift but it's only has 1 small lift that fits 5 ppl at max
2. Drinking water refill are placed in front of lift of each floor. But it's hardly provided since quickly ran out.
