Really love the ambience, very friendly and warm. The food is very delicious. I really like the city view I can enjoy from my room. Will come back for a holiday with my family at Mercure Pik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff is efficient, some is not. Food definitely not good. Location is fine, connected to a shopping mall and restaurants. Laundry service is reliable albeit slow. Rooms are very comfortable but bathrooms could be cleaner.

Good place. The lobby was cozy. The receptionist was very polite. Our room on the 23rd floor also had a really nice view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room, great breakfast, one of my recommendation hotel to stay in Jakarta. Many restaurants and cafes to visit nearby as well so you will not get bored. The staffs are very warm and well trained, all of them can explain and answer my question professionally. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable, my stay was more than great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 2 nights as it was very close to the airport. Making this spot ideal for anyone catching an early flight. The check-in was smooth, the hotel is attached to the mall and the neighborhood is great with a lot of dining options. The room is good and decent size, I do wish they would add more lighting especially on the work desk as it gets darker at night. The bathroom is good and the bath amenities is decent. I didn't try the breakfast or pool unfortunately. The team members is very friendly and helpful especially the front desk staff. I have to highlight that they seal the room after cleaning which is great during this pandemic time. I highly recommend to consider this hotel.
