★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel’s hospitality and service were impeccable. Even though the hotel was very packed when we arrived, they still managed to give us a quick service. Especially the valet called Christopher, he was very polite and attentive towards the guests. He even took off his shoes when entering our room so that he would not dirty our room’s carpet.

With never ending surprises when we celebrating our 10 years wedding anniversary.. a very personalised surprises and tremendous hospitality of the people is second to none. Will definately come back in next opportunity. Good job, swissotel PIK!

1. Fully agree with previous reviewer,the shared location is incorrect,please revise it..it's a major issue
2. It's an absolute heaven venue for breakfast lovers as there are so many choices.Some F&B I love are:
2.1 Noodle station: A heavenly tasty noodle soup
2.2 Sushi: Nice assorted ones
2.3 Coffee station: The famous Illy is ready to welcome your breakfast..I had the Americano and it's a very heavenly brewed with a complete balance body and acidity.NICE!
Last but not least,thanks heaps for the friendly and helpful staffs especially on the break fast area.
Keep it up guys..and sorry for only sharing one picture only at the breakfast venue,I was just too busy enjoying my unforgettable breaky hahaha..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the Swiss Prestige Suite for 7 days for coinciding with 2022 new year celebration.
The suite was spacious (88m²), consisted of a living room, a restroom, a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower room and toilet area. I've got the one in the corner which gave me 90° view of the city and bay further away, also both sunset and sunrise.
There is a stylish mini bar that was well equipped with coffee maker and its pods, water kettle, numerous tea bags, etc. The bathroom was also stocked with 4 sets of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion when I first arrived. The shampoo and soap don't contain SLS, which surprised me. So they're safe for my sensitive scalp.
The staffs are as responsive as they can. Every time I used the phone to call the front desk, they always greeted me with my name. I've stayed in other 5 stars hotel in Jakarta, but Swissotel, especially the staffs, has the personal touch and warmth that others are lacking. Looking forward to my next stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 1 night in a signature bay view room. The room is big and very comfortable. The toiletries are complete, the service is very good and friendly. The breakfast is delicious, the restaurant is large and has unique decorations, but there is not much variety in the food. Thanks to Zita, Tan, Vina, Nuril, Navira, and Lucinda for the birthday cake for my daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent room and friendly staffs, but sadly i was a bit dissapointed when checked in. The receptionist said we can check in at 2 pm but i couldn't check in even tho i arrived at 3 pm. He said to wait for 1 hour because the room was not ready yet. We have had a tiring journey and want to rest immediately so please consider your customer and do your job worthy of 5 stars hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Especially for a staff named Christopher in the Reception section . I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel . Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! . The staff is extremely great . They all go above and make our stay comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good stuff. So we had the Signature room with 120° view facing the Jakarta Bay. The room setting is rather quirky as it sits on the corner but spacious. I dig this the most.
The breakfast was decent, I like it. The muesli bar was good, they were served. Somehow I was served with only two tablespoons of muesli for breakfast! Did I put my diet face on?
The flip side. ELEVATOR. Imagine tens (or maybe hundreds) of guests trying to go up/down at the same time with only 3 elevators going up and down serving the lobby up to 25th floor!
The parking lot. You are literally competing getting your parking space with hundreds/thousands of mall goers! I was the lucky one on the first night stay, parked my car right in the lobby. But not so lucky on following night.
