★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo org betah di panorama kos ampe bertahun2, ga usah dijelasinlah ya kek apa ini tempat kos... Tenang, nyaman, damai... Kenapa si wiwi kue mengulas seperti itu, karena semenjak dia kos disini, dia jadi biang RUSUH... Semua berubah sejak negara api menyerang... Tapi untungnya si wiwi kue mau kluar... Suasana kos sepertinya kembali damai tentram... Thx GOD...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kos yang nyaman...dekat kemana mana...anak kos nya jg baik2...kecuali memang ada 1 yg bermasalah..baru masuk akhir2 ini...hampir semua penghuni kos diajak ribut..wiwii kwee..yg kasih bintang 1 dibawah...tiba2 suka ajak ribut penghuni kos tanpa alasan jelas...dan banting2 pintu kamar...ya seperti nya memang ybs bermasalah..
A comfortable boarding house ... close to where ... the boarding house is really good ... unless there is one problem ... just arrived lately ... almost all the boarding house residents are invited to fight ... iwee kwee..your love 1 star below ... suddenly likes to make noise for boarders for no apparent reason ... and slam the door of the room ... yeah like it is really problematic ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disinilah ibu saya pernah mencari rezeki nama ibu saya umi selama kurang lebih 3 tahun. Kata ibu saya di sana anak" nya baik" semua gak ada yg rese malah ada yg manja sama ibu saya. Thx u untuk semua koko cici yg sudah baik sama ibu saya dan terkhusus thx u so much untuk ibu yeni pemilik kost yg teramat baik dan katanya gak bisa marah ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi kos strategis. Penghuni nya ramah2. Utk review wiwii kwee yg kasih bintang 1 dengan ulasan nya : yg bersangkutan memang bermasalah.. Bisa terlihat dari review yang dia kasih di semua tempat yg disinggahi.. Semua bintang 1. Hampir semua penghuni kos diajak ribut karena apapun itu.. So. .Be wise utk melihat review :)

It can be seen from the reviews he gave in all the places visited ... All stars 1. Almost all boarding houses are invited to make noise because of whatever ... .Be wise to see a review :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lumayan nyaman kosnya. saya kos disini kurang lebih 7 bulan dan dapet dilantai 3. kamarnya oke dengan fasilitas ac, kasur dan lemari. kamar mandi luar dengan water heater, wc awalnya bersih tp beberapa kali ganti penghuni jadi sempat kotor. beberapa kali juga baju ketuker dgn kamar lain tp untungnya bs balik lg. penghuni ramah2 walaupun ada aja “orang” yg ngomporin dengan kalimat provokasi :) cuman so far selama saya ga dngerin, baik2 aja kok
the boarding house is quite comfortable. I boarded here for about 7 months and got on the 3rd floor. the room was okay with ac, mattress and wardrobe facilities. outside bathroom with water heater, toilet was originally clean but changed occupants several times so it got dirty. several times also a taper with another room but luckily it can be returned. the residents are friendly even though there are “people” who burn with provocative sentences :) it's just so far as long as I don't dry it, it's fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost nya lumayan bersih. pakaian juga di cuciin..harga murah. dan mbak2 penjaganya baik2 dan jujur.
The cost is pretty clean. clothes are also washed.. cheap prices. and the guards are kind and honest.

Kamar termasuk agak luas untuk yg harga 1.8. Sudah full furnished tinggal masuk tidur aja.
Dan yg penting koridornya ada ventilasi sirkulasi udara, jadi bagian dalem rumah tidak lembab.
Cuma 1 minusnya yaitu kamar mandi luar. Cuma selama disini nggak pernah sampe ngantri kalo mau pake kmr mandi.
The cost is pretty good.
The rooms are included rather spacious for the price of 1.8. It is fully furnished, just go to sleep.
And the important thing is that the corridor has air circulation ventilation, so the inside of the house is not humid.
Only 1 minus is the outside bathroom. It's just that while here I have never queued if I want to use the bathroom.
