it's really good that the shopping went fast, it didn't take a long time to ask for the lens minus and it turned out to be there :) Just pay and take it home, it doesn't take long. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli kacamata setahun yang lalu sekitar bulan Januari 2021 di Optic Seis Pondok Indah Jakarta merek Prada dengan harga 11 juta, frame 4 jt an dan lensa 6 jt an.
Belum sampai satu tahun frame luntur hampir diseluruh bagian (belang), dalam hal ini perlu saya sampaikan sbb :
1.Dari awal complain tidak ditanggapi dengan baik, sebaliknya menuduh bahwa kacamata jatuh tanpa fakta sama sekali (staf bicara spontan). Jika sedang Olah raga saya memakai contact lens.
2. Pernah Staf menjawab jika mereka menjual pasti akan ada Pemberitahuan kepada customer bahwa kacamata bisa luntur (dalam hal ini saya pasti akan membatalkan pembelian untuk pembelian frame luntur karena lensa tidak akan bisa dipindahkan kepada frame lain).
3. Jika mau diperiksa kaca mata harus ditinggal 5 s/d 7 hari dimana dalam waktu tersebut saya tidak bisa bekerja, karena ukuran saya adalah +/- (jauh dan dekat).
4. Saya tinggal di Jakarta dan sudah minta diperiksa langsung oleh optic seis Pusat tetapi tidak ditanggapi karena SOP nomor 3 yaitu harus terlebih dahulu ditinggal 5 - 7 hari.
Mohon ditanggapi, karena saat ini saya kemana mana memakai kacamata merek Prada yang belang.
Semoga dapat menjadi masukan untuk kebaikan bersama.

I bought glasses a year ago around January 2021 at Optic Seis Pondok Indah Jakarta, the Prada brand at a price of 11 million, 4 million frames and 6 million lenses.
It's not even been a year since the frame has faded in almost all parts (striped), in this case I need to say the following:
1. From the start the complaint was not responded to properly, instead alleging that the glasses fell without any facts at all (the staff spoke spontaneously). When I exercise I wear contact lenses.
2. Once the staff replied that if they sell there will be a notification to the customer that the glasses can wear off (in this case I will definitely cancel the purchase for buying faded frames because the lenses cannot be transferred to other frames).
3. If you want to have your glasses checked, you have to leave it for 5 to 7 days during which time I can't work, because my size is +/- (far and near).
4. I live in Jakarta and have asked to be checked directly by the Optical Seis Center but there is no response because of SOP number 3, which has to be left for 5-7 days first.
Please respond, because right now I'm everywhere wearing Prada brand glasses.
Hopefully it can be input for the common good.

But the hospitality and service is not quite good.
Would prefer another Seis optician branch when searching for new eye glass.
