 Very bad service, within a 2 hour period I contacted the available contacts, no one answered, the estimated completion of the order was not clear. One of the staff also felt impolite. Please improve the service.

Seriously, I'm really disappointed with Melawai now the quality and service, the initial promise was finished, it didn't match, then less than 2 weeks my glasses with the lens coating peeled off??? Are you guys quality for real??? It's really bad that you have to wait 10 days for a replacement. regret oath

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya untuk harga premium seperti Melawai seharusnya bisa ditingkatkan lagi. Kalau Anda charge premium price, ekspektasi orang juga lebih tinggi. Jangan kacamata dari awal buat salah ukuran, waktu tunggu lama. Totalnya saya baru bisa dapat kacamata yang sesuai -+ 14 hari.
Total saya harus bolak - balik 3x. Rumah saya cukup jauh ya, jadi sangat buang waktu.
The service for premium prices like Melawai should be improved again. If you charge a premium price, people's expectations are also higher. Don't make glasses from the start, make the wrong size, long waiting time. In total I was only able to get the right glasses -+ 14 days.
In total I have to go back and forth 3x. My house is quite far, yes, so it's a waste of time.

Be Careful with your frame when you change your lens only...
My bad experience with Hubby Chopard frame that I bought in Melawai, when I change the lens, I didn't get back my frame but the gave me another frame that I noticed, its not mine...
Even we have a copy of received of frame (luckly I took the picture of it when I was sending the frame).
But still they deffence on the wrong way... (sound like same cheat with Outback Kuningan On Sunday Promo from Citibank Card).
Today Oct 11, 2019, I got back my frame...
