 The location is on Jl. Saharjo, if from the south it is about 1.6 Km from the Pancoran monument, before Sudirman Hall.
The service is quite good, our arrival process takes queue tickets (there are public queues and BPJS). Furthermore, waiting in the lobby queue did not take long, about 15 minutes. The receiving officer for BPJS we submit a referral from the pratama clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan petugas klinik ramah dan komunikatif. Disediakan air minum gratis untuk pasien. Satpamnya gercep, helm kehujanan langsung diamankan biar gak kebasahan. Kalau lapar ada Bakmi Semesta yang berada di tempat parkir klinik ini.
The service of the clinic staff is friendly and communicative. Free drinking water is provided for patients. The security guard was quick, the rain helmet was immediately secured so it wouldn't get wet. If you are hungry, there is Bakmi Semesta in the parking lot of this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ baru pertama kali kesini menggunakan BPJS. kami datang tepat pukul 08.00, selesai sampai ambil obat pukul 09.45. Pelayanan staff dan dokter, semuanya ramah. dokter matanya sdh standby sesuai dgn jadwalnya.. semoga semakin cepat & detail pelayanannya????

first time here using BPJS. we arrived exactly at 08.00, finished until we took the medicine at 09.45. Service staff and doctors, all friendly. the eye doctor is on standby according to the schedule.. hopefully it will be faster & the service details????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih. Pas datang cukup lama dilayanin karena hanya ada 1 pekerja aja di bagian pelayanan, pendaftaran gak ribet, untuk yang baru butug KTP dan kartu asuransi (kalau pakai ausransi).
Setelah itu naik ke lantai 2 untuk pemeriksaan mata, ntar dipanggil petugasnya jadi nunggu dulu.
Setelah dicek, dikasi waktu untuk pakai kacamatanya, apakah pusing atau gak. Setelah itu naik ke atas lagi untuk pengecekkan dokter. Yang ini mengecewakan sih, dokternya gak komunikatif, cuma cek sekedarnya, terus bilang udah cukup, padahal aku nanya mataku sering pusing, merah dll, tapi ga dijawab. Hahaha lawak sih, malah lebih bagus yang periksa bagian cek minus mata dibawah (lebih komunikatif) dibanding dokternya.
The place is clean. When you arrive, the service takes a long time because there is only 1 worker in the service department, registration is not complicated, new ones need an ID card and insurance card (if using insurance).
After that, go up to the 2nd floor for an eye examination, then the officer will be called so wait first.
After checking, they were given time to put on their glasses, whether they were dizzy or not. After that go upstairs again to check the doctor. This one is really disappointing, the doctor is not communicative, just checks a little, keeps saying it's enough, even though I asked my eyes to get dizzy, red, etc., but they didn't answer. Hahaha it's a joke, it's even better to check the minus eye check section below (more communicative) than the doctor.
