★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga dan kualitasnya bagus banget.. Saya beli 1,7 juta utk minus 5, model flexibel dan after sale service nya free seperti gantu penyangga atau atur kemiringan setelan gagang kacamatanya
 The price and quality are really good .. I bought 1.7 million for minus 5, the flexible model and the after-sale service is free like changing the support or adjusting the tilt of the eyeglass handle.

Cerita sedikit, gw dan ade gw baru ganti kacamata disini. Dan seminggu kemudian kita balik lagi kesana gara2 ade gw ngerasa pusing, sampe disana kita disambut sama mas2 yg sangaat komunikatif dan ditawarin untuk ganti lensa, dan itu gratis!.
Gile baru kali ini kita complain, diganti lensanya dan ga disalah2in sama yg jual, bahkan ngasih after sales yg luar biasa bagus. Keren banget owl pertahankan yaaa. Very good job!

Tell me a little, my brother and I just changed glasses here. And a week later we went back there again because I felt dizzy, until there we were greeted by very communicative people and offered to change lenses, and it was free !.
Gile, this is the first time we complained, changed the lens and didn't get confused with those who sold it, even giving amazingly good after sales. Really cool owl keep yaaa Very good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terletak di UG. Pilihan kacamatanya banyak sekali dan hanya menjual produk OWL saja. Tidak ada merk kacamata lain. Harga kacamata sudah termasuk lensa. Jika lensanya ingin ditipiskan nambah 399.000. Ada juga sunglasses tipe clip on, jadi kaca mata minus yang bisa ditempel dengan sunglasses. Pelayanan ramah, semua staff menggunakan masker, dan dilayani one on one. Jika pernah beli di OWL store manapun, kacamata kita bisa di servis gratis. Ada penawaran 50% second pair. Jadi sekalian beli 2 kacamata kalo pas ada promo. Pembayaran bisa cash / card. Toko tidak memasang partisi di kasir. Tapi disediakan hand sanitizer. Ada tempat duduk untuk menunggu. Bisa cek mata langsung di store nya.

Not only the store itself displays a variety of unique glasses and has 1-hour prescription service, it also has the best customer service! One of the employees there was very helpful and was happily enough to help my little sister find the perfect glasses, not only that he also offered me to clean my glasses and change the nose pads ( i didn't even ask for it!!)
So the next time you're planning to buy a new pair of glasses, this is the perfect place.
