Jika memang menawarkan jasa tolong jangan dikelurahan dan jangan di jam kerja, agar citra kelurahan tetap baik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat dan ramah , jam 08.00 sudah siap melayani masyarakat. Tempat strategis dan parkiran luas. Tempatnya sejuk banyak pohon rindang. Protokol kesehatan terpenuhi dan lengkap. Antrian tidak banyak .
Lokasi dekat pesantren At-Taqwa ujung harapan.
Fast and friendly service, 08.00 am ready to serve the community. Strategic place and large parking area. The place is cool, lots of shady trees. Health protocols are met and complete. Not many queues.
The location is near the At-Taqwa Islamic boarding school at the end of hope.

Pada hari jumat, 24 Desember 2021
Saya mengurus surat untuk keperluan pindak kk ke kantor kelurahan bahagia bekasi.
Tetapi saya mendapatkan pelayanan yg menurut saya kurang elok, terlihat sekali dalam proses selalu berusaha untuk di proses melalui pihak pegawai nya karna ada biayanya jika di urus melalui nya. Dan pada akhirnya di saat terkahir proses di mintai uang dengan alasana "seikhlasnya"
Terlihat jelas sekali banyak "pungli" dalam mengurus prosesnya. Mungkin bukan hanya saya tetapi banyak yg meresakqn.
Mohon bapak/ibu terhormat untuk di tindak tegas para pegawai nya agar kedepannya tidak ada pungli dalam proses nya.

I took care of the letter for the need for moving my family to the happy kelurahan office in Bekasi.
But I got a service that in my opinion was not good enough, it was very visible in the process, always trying to be processed through the employee because there was a fee if it was managed through him. And in the end at the last moment the process was asked for money with the "sincere" reason
It is clear that there are many "extortionists" in managing the process. Maybe it's not just me but a lot of people are bothered.
Dear sirs/madams, the employees should take firm action so that in the future there will be no extortion in the process.
