★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally not worth the price, we ordered the 85k package with AU beef, what was shown in the menu was definitely not the same as the food arrive. Only a handful of beef cubes and probably 2-3 average slices of beefs. There are plenty of other 'Suki' places around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quite good and cheap place for AYCE, but need more improvement if they want to pull customer’s “attention”, cheap but still elegant is the only option,
- Place doesn’t have good air / smoke exhaust, not good for a worker which will back to office after lunch, they shirt will smells smokey,
- Grill meats variant is only 3 and 1 chicken,
- They have many sauce but the taste is not so special, not any of them have strong taste, flat,
- Meat refill is not fast, we need to inform they that the meat is lasting,
- No desert (may be have, but they are not offering it),
Beside that :
- Meat is fresh,
- Free beverages,
- Cheap,
