Entah SOP Alfamart ada atau tidak mengenai hal ini disini. Rabu, tgl. 19 Januari 2022 pkl. 16.50. Penjaga kasir mb2 yg berkerudung hitam. Pasalnya sy beli snack total bayaran 16.700,-. Sy bayar dengan uang 20.000,-. Seharusnya dikembalikan 3.300,- tapi yg diberikan kasirnya 3000 saja, tanpa ada penjelasan info dan tanpa ada struk pembayaran. Saat itu sy sedang riuh karena bawa anak kecil jadi tidak sempat utk komplain. Sebenarnya ini hanya hal kecil dan hanya seperak dua perak. Namun jika dibiarkan terus2 an akan tidak baik.
Seminggu sebelumnya juga ditempat yg sama dan waktu yg sama, dikasir saat menaruh barang2 yg dibeli utk dicek point harganya, setelah selesai semua oleh kasirnya eh malah diam saja kasirnya tanpa kasih tahu nominal harga total. Akhirnya sy hanya lihat diminitor saja jumlahnya... sekali lagi bagaimana SOPnya...ya

Because I bought snacks for a total fee of 16,700,-. I pay with money 20,000, -. It should have been returned 3,300, - but what the cashier gave was only 3000, without any explanation of information and without a payment receipt.
