Capelin is so crunchy.
Like the coarse sea salt sprinkled on top of their boneless shortribs. Tried it plain without sauce and love the way they marinate it. Love it even more with their white cream mushroom sauce.
1 suggestion.... please add on some green side dish. Ordering a main with appetizer and a salad is too much. Cannot spare anymore space for dessert.... too bad.
Am looking forward to tasting their beef tongue (my fave?)
