★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabang Bintaro ditelfon sangat sulit, kasih hasil tes lab setengah2 sprt mewajibkan customer datang lagi untuk konsultasi, tapi begitu datang dokter tdk standby.
Tempat dan labnya sangat layak sayang layanannya burik, tapi petugasnya ramah2. Fix ya’ll system then I’ll fix my rating :-)
 The call to the Bintaro branch is very difficult, giving half-assed lab test results like requiring the customer to come again for consultation, but once the doctor arrives, the doctor is not on standby.
The place and the lab are very decent, unfortunately the service is poor, but the staff is friendly. Fix ya'll system then I'll fix my rating :-)

Don't come here for antigen/PCR. It's been a long time not playing. 3 hours in total only for antigen/PCR because you have to consult a doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya,maaf kurang bagus.jauh dibandingkan Prodia Alama Sutera dan yg lainnya.sudah ditelfon ambil hasil jam 2 siang,samapai Sana masih diminta menunggu 10-15mnt.ehh ternyata sampe jam 3.15,mohon management diperbaiki.
The service, sorry it's not good. It's far from Prodia Alama Sutera and others. Called to get results at 2 pm, until Sana was still asked to wait 10-15 minutes. Ehh, it turned out to be 3.15, please management to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam 6.20 di hari sabtu dapat antrian no 6. Ruangannya bersih dan nyaman tetapi masih banyak nyamuk berkeliaran di ruang tunggu pendaftaran. Petugasnya ramah-ramah.
Came at 6.20 on Saturday, got queue number 6. The room was clean and comfortable but there were still lots of mosquitoes hanging around in the registration waiting room. The staff are friendly.
