β β β β β Looks like not japanese authentic. I ordered Yakiniku don but the meat is 90% fat!!
Chicken katsu taste also not good.
Ocha flavour is plain, doesn't have strong aroma.
So total only 3/5 compared its price.

β β β β β Super recommended. Just passing by as I was craved for japanese food, after passing 5 restaurant, I like this one and decided to eat here right away.
Before, other restaurant waiters was unfriendly and looked down on me :( I don't want to eat in such mood of course.
Then I came here the waiters are smiley and very helping. I was looking for charging port which they dont have but the waiter insist to help me by pulling a charging terminal hahhaa. That was quite sweet so I love the place already.
The food are affordable with average price, even cheap for such a place like Pacific Place building to be honest. The taste was perfect! Not too bland nor salty, just yummy. All food are fresh and seasoned well (I am very sensitive to frozen food so I knew).
It didn't take a long time to be served also.
Negiya is my new favourite restaurant for sure! Hope they keep the quality.

β β β β β at first, i don't expect much. but turns out not bad. i tried their sushi which was okay (worth the price). n my friends tried their saikoro steak (they said it's quite good). what makes this even better is due to discount we got from traveloka voucher and tokopedia. I got 40% disc.

β β β β β Nice place for quality (as in presentation and premium ingredient) sushi and salad. I recommend my top two favorite menu: negiya roll and chicken salad with goma dressing. Price wise is comparable to other similar japanese restaurant if not cheaper. The only point I can see to be improved is the attentiveness of the server if you sit far away from the main area of the store. Best seat to get quick response is nearby the cashier.
