★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it’s delicious but a little bit overprice because it came with a very small portion, so different than the pictures in the menu. Even smaller than the citywalk branch. The service is great and the place is cozy though, but it’s not suitable for a large group. I love it’s salmon crunch, but again, the portion is so small, onw wouldn’t be enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to Negiya and impressed by the simple and cozy decoration.
Ordered the favourite menu GyuTan (beef tongue) set menu which comes with pickles, side dish, and miso soup.
Also ordered another beef slice menu (forgot the name) which comes with cutted orange chilis.
I personally like the beef slices more because it is more juicy and tastier compared to the beef tongue.
The server (Indah) was also a nice person serving us all through the lunchtime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sushi was really good and reasonable price. The Gyudon just ok it's bit dry, the rice need more sauce so more tasty but just the beef was good. Will come again and try other menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The donburi food start from Rp65k. It's a little bit pricey for me. But when the food is come, I think the portion is quite big. I ordered Tori Katsu Don which is chicken katsu with thick chicken breast. I love the taste. And also I ordered Negi Kara Don which is thin sliced beef with chili. It's super spicy.
The service is good. They still treat me good even I use voucher for discount. There are no crowd, so they can served very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the newly opened Negiya (for the first time) in MKG5 because our friend reference it was delicious and boy he's not wrong, we loved every bit of it! We ordered:
- Gyudon Set
At first sight the meat itself quite similar to yoshinoya but after first bit it was very different tasted with yoshinoya, it was very "meaty" flavor, savoury and yet light, the miso soup itself is very packed with nori and small tofu, very delicious
- Saikoro Donburi
This one is the star of the night, the meat cooked to perfection in medium well, seared very well on all side to make the meat juice melt in your mouth once it's chewed, heavenly! The added half fried egg is awesome to add some creaminess to the rice and meat. Miso soup is the same with the Gyudon Set
- Avo Tartar Karage
It's just usual Karage with a twist with Tartar mixed with avocado, confused why it doesn't came with lemon but after tasted it seems the lemon juice already poured right before serving. The avocado used is the young one so it doesn't get mushy when mixed with Tartar, it adds another element of crunchy to the dish, awesome!
- Yuzu Lemonade
This is the closing party and it's bloody good and refreshing, combination of Yuzu juice along with other fruity elements make this beverage feels sweet and yet still refreshing.
Will come back for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the new menu Japan Don. The sauce was a little bit on the sweet side, but it was goos!! Too bad, the sushi was just an okay
Total price for Sunrise roll + Japan Don + Free flow Ocha (+tax n service charge) IDR 159k.
Well, it is expensive, but I think I'll comeback for the main course (Don), not for the sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another japanese style restaurant in Mall Kelapa Gading, serving fusion japanese food. The Donburi is quite nice, and they have interesting appetizer as well. The soba is almost like instant noodle, so better choose the rice dishes. Sushi taste and look OK. Price is a bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try their special Menu “Menya Gyutan” the thin sliced beef tongue. You can choose ala carte or set, set menu comes with soup and sidedish like kimchi. I also recommend their Wagyu Menu. I had never try their sushi menu but the sushi presentation looked delicious. There is a 20% discount if you order Gyutan with minimum purchase idr 200k. The restaurant wasn’t too big, there was only few tables. If you plan to come with big family, it’s better to make a reservation first.
