β β β β β Our picky eater daughter loves eating shabu-shabu at this place, so now we have a new favorite place to eat. The place decorations are pleasant to the eyes. The Tasty meat are thin, easy to chew but beware, lots of fat, I'm not gonna deny that fact. I've tried the less fat meat but surprisingly it was harder to chew especially for kids.
Their buffet tables have a lot of variety of vegetables, fried food such as fried enoki and french fries, fruits, pudding, drinks, they even have ice creams for dessert. They also have lots of prepared and chopped garlic, green onions, chili, and of course the many choice of sauces.
My favorite sauce is mixing together ponzu sauce, chili, and green onion, yum... For the soup, I choose Konbu. For dessert, I LOVE the Almond Pudding! I ate 8 cups the last time I came here, I could finish the whole batch on the buffet table actually ?
If you have kids shorter than 110 cm, they all eat FREE! How wonderful is that! Well I do have 1 so it is wonderful for me.

What I likes:

- the service is great mostly
- sidedish collection
What I dislikes:
- the soup taste just normal
- the sidedish is still just taste normal

β β β β β SHABURI is a Japanese Shabu Restaurant, this restaurant is perfect for lunch/ dinner, especially during the rainy season with family or friends. I highly recommend this restaurant because the soup is good for growing-up children, pregnant women, and recovery patients. Because the choice of shabu sauce is varied, there are 5 choices of Dashi Soup: super calcium namely Konbu, Sukiyaki, there is Paitan Chicken Collagen, Hot Miso and Japanese Herbal. There are various kinds of vegetables, seafood, mushrooms, desserts, cold and hot drinks.
Every time Shabu-Shabu in Shaburi I always choose ginseng, lettuce, spinach, various mushrooms, dori fish and beef slices, the drink, I choose cold ocha and peach manggo without ice, because it is cold.
Great service, tasty meat is also still fresh and reasonably priced for all, a great place to eat as much as you like.
Shaburi also has special promotions such as free ones for birthdays on that day.

β β β β β One of Shaburi branches in North Jakarta. It's almost packed when I came. I need to wait 20+ minutes even though it's few hours after the lunch time (4.00 PM). The staff were great and helpful as always. The buffet is great, many selections even though not too complete (limited dessert and frieds). The meat are great, but it's served less than we order (we should get minimum 3 items or trays but it only came 2 trays). The stove needs to be fixed soon. Some of it are already broken on the sides and the button are not responsive. Hopefully it can be replaced soon. #shabu #japaneseresto #letsguide #localguides

They offering variety of the beef quality, from 150k to 450k. In the buffet areas you can choose a lot of vegetables, udon, mushrooms, shrimp, meatball, fritters such as karage, gyoza, and sushi plate. They also have a good desserts such as pudding, ice cream and fruits. Drinks also free flow such as ocha, juice, coffee, etc. all you can eat Japanese shabu-shahu with price range between IDR 150k to 450k, included drink and dessert with 90 minutes dining time. For the soup based also huge variety and you can mix 2 type of it.
Dont worry about the covid protocol, they really strict about it such as wearing gloves to touch or take somethings from the buffet area. Also just scan the barcode to order extra meat.

The last time I was here, we ordered beef and chicken shabu-shabu with chicken collagen paitan and original konbu soup. They fit well with the meat. There are a variety of ingredients served on the buffet tables such as vegetables, udon, enoki, tofu, meatballs, and dipping sauces. Don't miss the side dishes like fried gyoza, chicken karaage, corn fritter, and sushi. They are also good. Tea, coffee, and juice are available at the drink counter. As for the dessert, they have jelly, fruit slices, brownies, and ice cream. Overall a nice dining experience.
