★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan ramah dan penyajian cepat. ada dua excelso di mall kelapa gading. yg ini di sebelah hush puppies. harga di excelso agak mahal tp bisa lebih murah pas ada promo di traveloka, line atau promo kartu kredit. kualitas makanan n minuman ok. tempat nyaman dan luas, ber ac dingin. tmpt cukup lengang sehingga enak utk nongkrong, istirahat, ngobrol. banyak sofanya sehingga nyaman cm sayang bbrp sofa sudah kotor perlu dicuci.
 friendly service and fast serving. there are two excellos in the ivory coconut mall. This one is next to the Hush puppies. the price in Excelso is rather expensive but can be cheaper when there is a promo on traveloka, line or credit card promos. food quality n drinks ok. comfortable and spacious, air-conditioned. but it's quiet enough so it's nice to hang out, rest, chat. lots of sofas so it's comfortable cm honey some sofa is dirty needs to be washed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe served standard various beverages and also some food. They also offer cocktails, although some are not availabe. The place is good for spending long chat with friends, colleagues, or families. The server very friendly, but its annoying when they offer tumbler -- it's like an pop-up advertising coming out of nowhere, when it can easily be displayed for customer who actually have interest in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is inside the Kelapa Gading Mal 2, on the top most floor, with more tables placed on the open public area. The thing is, most of the customers I see drinking coffee here aren't people who know good coffee, as they didn't protest that the place offered siphon coffee on the menu but it wasn't available.
