★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya suka banget sama treatment nya natasha.
Tapi yg di cabang sini kok rada kurang sreg.
Mulai dari customer service nya yang, kasar sih enggak, tapi saat mengembalikan kartu atau memberikan bill rasanya kaya kurang halus. Sedikit dihentakkan gitu.
Lalu dokternya, berasa komersil banget. Di cabang bandung dokternya woles aja kalo kita gak beli produk, malah menyarankan pakai produk luar jg gpp. Tapi disini sedikit memaksa. Lalu saya disuruh treatment mesoblabla yg klaimnya bida mencerahkan, saya mau mngeurangi treatment itu tapi dokternya maksa. Yaudah. Okay.
Lalu yg paling ngeselin adalah terapistnya. Mbak2 berjilbab gatau namanya. Mbaknya kasar dan grusak grusuk. Banget. Ini muka disamain kaya ngelap barang aja. Kesannya tergesa2 gitu. Sempat suatu ketika muka saya ketarik krn dia ngelap pake tisu dengan kasar, lgsg saya respon aduh. Barulah dia mulai pelan. Lalu pas meso2an itu, entah emang getarannya normal spt itu, tapi muka berasa ketarik banget. Doi nawarin kalo mau dikurangi getarannya tapi ttp gak berkurang. Pas bersihin komedo jg gak ada ngasih rehat dulu. Sampe sesek rasanya. ?

But those in the branch are not really comfortable.
Starting from the customer service, it's rude, but when returning a card or giving a bill, it feels rich, less smooth. Slightly stomped.
Then the doctor, feels very commercial. At the bandung branch, the doctor woles only if we don't buy the product, instead suggest using an outside product, also GPP. But here is a little force. Then I was told mesoblabla treatment that the claim could not brighten, I wanted to reduce the treatment but the doctor insisted. Alright. Okay.
Then the most slippery is the therapist. Ma'am, veil is a name. Ma'am is rude and grusak. Really This is the face of a rich face. The impression was hurried. One time my face was pulled because he wore using a tissue roughly, my response responded to him. Only then did he begin slowly. Then when it came to the scene, either the vibration was normal, but the face felt really interesting. Doi nawarin if you want to reduce the vibration but it doesn't decrease. When you clean the blackheads, there's no break. To taste like that. ?

Quite satisfied with the services of CS, Therapist and Doctor. Unfortunately it's a bit difficult to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langganan disini sudah cukup lama, karena palung dekat dari rumah, tidak terlalu ramai dan antrian cepat, pelayanannya pun cukup ramah, komunikatif, sering dapat voucher juga, souvenir juga banyak, treatment nya lengkap, profesional, harga terjangkau cuma parkir sempit jadi agak kesusahan untuk mendapat tempat parkir yang nyaman dan tidak panas..ruang tunggu nyaman, free drink. Pokoknya lumayan terus tingkatkan pelayanannya
The subscription here has been long enough, because the trough is close to home, not too crowded and the queue is fast, the service is quite friendly, communicative, often get vouchers too, there are lots of souvenirs, the treatment is complete, professional, affordable prices, only narrow parking, so it's a bit difficult to find got a comfortable and not hot parking space..comfortable waiting room, free drink. Anyway, it's good to continue to improve the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS nya, ramah, tapi tenaga medisnya asal menangani, tdk anastesi padahal ada tindakan dokter, asisten dokternya asal asalan, wc dan mushallanya kotor
The CS is friendly, but the medical personnel are careless, they don't do anesthesia even though there is a doctor's action, the doctor's assistant is careless, the toilets and prayer rooms are dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa bgt jam operasional dan breafing di barengin saya udah dtg jm 9 krg saya kira nggu morning breafing 5 mntlaahh laahh di tungguin same jm 9.15 kok g kelar kelaar sebenernya buka jm brp sih sampe saya tlp ke cabang langganan saya adis jm 9 udah bukaa dan bs transaksi,, udah gtu bln lalu saya kesana facial doang memang hasilnya bekas g ilang dan malah jdi jerawat baru, terapisnya buru buru kasar g mau tau customer bs kena glove apa g mukanyaa padahal muka orang beda beda sedangkan saya di cabang adisucipto bisa minta g pake glove krn muka saya sensitif dan setelah facial di sini bnr ajaa bekas facial g ilang ilang dan hari ini saya ke adis buat facial lagi katanya memang g bersih jdi bekasnya g ilang dan ada isinya jerawatnya makin banyak,, dan emang bnr dokternya juga g bgt yg disini komersil dan g enak klo ngomong ama customer,,tempatnya kotor panass g bisa rileks beda sama di adis dan amplaz,, dan di adis itu dari cs dokter sampe terapisnyaa enak enak kita tanya apaa yg g tau mereka jelasin bgt dan saat perawatanpun nyaman bgt hasilanya selalu oke kalo abis perawatan di sini membekas pasti tapi 2/3 hari ilang dan bnr bnr bersih g kayak di katamso yg g karuan kerjanya malah ngerusak muka orang.parah bgt.

It's really bad.

Mbak2 FOnya ramah2 jelasin produk dan perawatannya detail..
Dokternya ramah sekali gak asal kasih produk2 tapi bener2 sesuai kebutuhan, mau dengerin keluhan juga gak asal judge ..
Pokoknya seneng bgt perawatan disini ..
The facial is very comfortable, you can get a cheap price if it comes on Tuesday..
The FO's are friendly and explain the products and treatments in detail..
The doctor is very friendly, not as long as he gives products but really according to needs, wants to listen to complaints and doesn't just judge..
Anyway, I really like the treatment here..
