★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy mau beli paket cream yg sblmnya sdh telp bs tidaknya sy pesankan kurir untuk pengantaran.. kata cs yg menerima telp sy bisa nantibpembayaran by tf .. setelah dicatat no hp sy untuk konfirmasi sy tunggu 1 jam 2 jam ga ada telp ato wa masuk dan sy smpe 3 x telp menanyakan sdh diproses blm tapi ga ada tanggapan jawavannya singkat sebentar kak smpe akhirny sy telp yg ke 4x klinik sdh ga ada yg angkat telp sy
Mohon diperbaiki cara pelayanan pasien krn sy mau beli cream bukan penagih hutang yg tiap kali telp menanyakan . Harusnya ada costumer ya ditanggapi lah bukan sptbini caranya
I want to buy a cream package that has been telephoned before, can I order a courier for delivery.. the cs said who received the call I could wait for payment by tf.. after I recorded my cellphone number for confirmation, I waited 1 hour 2 hours, no phone or wa came in and I made 3 calls asking if it had been processed yet but there was no response. The answer was short, sis, until finally I called the 4th clinic, no one picked up my phone.
Please improve the way of patient service because I want to buy cream, not a debt collector who asks me every time I call. There should be a customer, yes, the response is not like this
