★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget disini aku kerasa dijebak.. kan aku ada voucher 50rb 2.. nah udah bilang sama mbaknya deal 2 perawatan bisa dipakai 2 voucher tersebut.. eh udah selesai waktu bayar cuma bs dipakai 1 doang vouchernya.. kaget dong ya.. mencla mencle, jadi males mau kesini lagi
 Really disappointed here, I feel like I was framed ... right, I have a 50 thousand voucher 2 ... well, I already told you the deal 2 treatments can be used 2 of these vouchers ... eh, when I finish paying, only one can use the voucher ... I'm surprised ... mencle, so lazy to come here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ menurut pengalaman temen aku disini pelayanannya buruk banget jadi kata dia kejebak voucher gitu.. kata mbaknya sebelumnya boleh pakai 2 voucher tapi habis perawatan pas bayar cuma dibilang bisa dipakai 1 voucher.. prihatin banget ga profesional disini
according to my friend's experience here the service was really bad so he said he was trapped in vouchers so .. his sister said previously she could use 2 vouchers but after paying for treatment just said you could use 1 voucher .. concerned about not being professional here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali nyobain beberapa waktu yang lalu dan sengaja kesitu dengan keadaan mukaku lama nggak pernah kena facial. Jadi ulasan ini berdasarkan pertama kali di sini per bulan maret 2018.
Kelebihan:
1. Karyawannya sangat ramah
2. Ruang tunggu yang baik dan tersedia soft drink, tapi sepertinya tidak gratis kalau air putihnya free.
3. Banyak banget promo-promo perawatan yang menggiurkan.
4. Hari minggu tetap buka.
5. Harga krimnya standar.
6. Kartu member seharga 30.000
7. Ada bermacam-macam jenis perawatan yang jarang ditemukan di tempat lain.
8. Hot stone nya enak, baru sekali ini aku nyoba.
Kekurangan:
1. Untuk jangkauan harga menurutku medium, facial paling murah aku cek sekitar 190.000 an.
2. Belum ada dokter untuk produk krim, adanya konsultan krim.
3. Kostumer cewek dan cowok di campur, ada ruang terpisah tapi pintunya tidak ada gordennya jadi masih kelihatan.
4. Tidak ada gorden pemisah antara bed satu dengan bed lainnya.
5. Tidak ada speaker musik biar rileks, jadi kalau pas sepi jadi awkward gimana gitu.
6. Tidak ada ruang ganti untuk memakai kembennya.
7. Pengangkatan komedonya kurang bersih.
8. Maskernya cuma di muka tidak sampai leher, atau mungkin ini karena ada di paket lain, kurang tahu sih.

Deficiency:
1. For the price range in my opinion, the cheapest facials I check are around 190,000.
2. There is no doctor for cream products, there is a cream consultant.
3. Female customers and boys are mixed, there is a separate room but the door has no curtains so it is still visible.
4. There is no curtain between the bed one bed with another bed.
5. There are no music speakers to relax, so if it is quiet it will be awkward.
6. There is no changing room to use the dressing.
7. The appointment of the comedy is not clean enough.
8. The mask is only on the face, not up to the neck, or maybe it's because it's in another package, I don't know.
