Pelayanan mekanik ok, ruang tunggu ok
Kekurangan :
Metode payment tidak dilengkapi EDC ( kendala jika cust tidak ada M Banking) , harus jalan cari Mesin ATM ( wasting time)
Saran dari staff ( silahkan bawa motornya dulu, nanti kembali lagi untuk payment - solusi tapi lebih efektif jika ada mesin EDC)
Port Stop Kontak ada baiknya dilengkapi dengan poet USB supaya tidak kesulitan untuk charge HP ketika cust tidak bawa Charge, atau ada terminal Charging dengan conectornya, akan menambah layanan dan kenyamanan customer.

Mechanic service is ok, waiting room is ok
Deficiency :
The payment method is not equipped with EDC (obstacles if the customer does not have M Banking), you have to look for an ATM machine (wasting time)
Suggestions from the staff (please bring the motorbike first, come back later for payment - a solution but more effective if there is an EDC machine)
The socket port is better equipped with a USB poet so that it is not difficult to charge the cellphone when the customer does not carry a charge, or there is a charging terminal with the connector, it will increase customer service and convenience.
